After having replaced Salman Khan as the host in Bigg Boss 8′s extended version Bigg Boss Halla Bol series, popular filmmaker Farah Khan is now here to show off her culinary skills. The Happy New Year director has come up with a cookery show- Farah Ki Daawat. After celebs like Abhishekh Bachchan, Diandra Soares, Pritam Singh, Rahul Mahajan and Sambhavna Seth, in the third episode of the show we see Alia Bhatt and Bigg Boss Halla Bol winner Gautam Gulati trying their hand on cooking.
Jokes on Alia Bhatt
The never ending jokes on Alia’s intelligence, which the actress has always taken in her stride, continued in Farah Ki Daawat too, where Farah made fun of her cooking knowledge. Alia looked incredibly cute as she tried to adapt into Farah’s kitchen. In the show, it was revealed that Alia’s nick name is actually Aloo.
Farah teaches Alia to make Thai curry
The theme of the show is that celebrities come to the show and teach the world how to cook their favourite dish. But here, on Alia’s mother’s request, Farah made an exception as she taught Alia how to make her favourite Thai curry. After bit of hiccups, Alia finally managed to make her favourite dish.
Gautam Gulati makes a heroic entry
Farah introduced her favourite Gullu aka Gautam Gulati as Alia’s biggest fan, after which we saw a dapper looking Gautam waltzing to Ishq Wala Love, giving a flower made of tomato to Alia. What made me smile was when he gave cauliflower to Farah, who insisted him to give her a flower too.
Flirty Gautam makes Spanish omelette for Alia Bhatt
In the segment of the show, Sabse Bada Kaun Pakau Kaun, Farah tied Gautam’s right hand to Alia’s left hand and asked the two to coordinate and make Spanish omelette. After a bit of drama, the duo manage to make an edible Spanish omelette. In the process of cooking, Gautam reveals that he ha been her fan for a long time and had first seen at her gym where she used to work out. It appeared as if the shy looking Gautam was flirting with 2 States star.
