It’s time for the show to make an India entry which will be aided by &TV and Endemol India who’s adapted and produced the show for our audience. You might rolls your eyes at it calling it just another singing reality show borrowed from the West but there is something that made us look forward to it. And it starts with the judges…
It is very refreshing to see a singing reality show being judged by musicians and not by anyone and everyone. Sunidhi Chauhan, Shaan, Himesh Reshammiya and Mika are the judges in the show and so rest assured that the decisions will be made on the basis of talent and not just X factor.
Also the fact that the contestants are chosen through blind auditions is simply the best way of sifting through the many aspirants. Here, only a good voice can take you forward and not how you present yourself. We definitely are looking forward to this fascinating show, the American version of which is already our favourite.
