While mothers are atuned to loving us unconditionally, no matter how much we take them for granted, it is still a good thing to appreciate them once in a while
Star Plus came up with a brilliant idea to celebrate Mother’s Day. It gathered actors, singer and dancers under one roof to perform and dedicated these performances to mothers all over. Hosted by Ali Fasal and Sapna Pabbi, the show staged talented singers singers like Aditya Narayan, Neha Kakkad and Aditi Singh and mind blowing dance performances by Sanjeeda Sheikh, Gurmeet Choudhary, Shakti Mohan and many more.
The show had a lot more apart from performances like when we saw Sidharth Shukla bonding with his mommy and surprising her by bringing her to the show. He even had makeover planned for her. Sweet, isn’t it? We even saw little Ruhanika Dhawan aka Ruhi from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, giving a surprise party to her Ishima. The lil one sure has some acting skills!
But the cutest dedication was by Karan Singh Grover; cutest because his dedication was not for his mom but for those mothers who have been left alone. The Alone actor visited an old age home and spent some time playing games and cutting the cake and gifting all the ladies there.
It was, in deed, a great initiative putting together the whole show. We’re pretty sure all mothers would have been very happy!
