Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is following an interesting plot where Simmi (Shireen Mirza) is set to marry Subbu(Amit Tandon. We recently saw Simmi’s sangeet ceremony taking place in the show where some of the Bhallas were seen swinging to the tunes of famous Retro songs. The bride to be Simmi, was one of them, as she performed with her mother Mrs Bhalla. It seems the happy go lucky experience, turned into a sour one for actress Shireen, as she slipped and hurt her leg in the middle of the shoot! A source while talking about the same to an entertainment daily, said,“The bride to be had some of the best dance performances. In one of the sequence she was to also dress as a male and do an interesting act. But all in vain, as the girl slipped while performing and injured her leg.”
Reports suggest that the actress has flown to her home town Jaipur, and is being taken care of, by her mother. Shireen was spotted at the airport and when asked about her injury, Shireen said,“I have kind of dislocated a bone in my foot. I am in severe pain and will get proper medication and rest at home. Thankfully the production has been kind to me and allowed me to take a leave.”
