The young actor is currently battling life at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital
Manish Vishwakarma who is popular for his role as Mandak Prasad in SAB TV’s Chidiya Ghar met with a serious accident Sunday morning. The actor was on his way to the Filmcity for his shoot when his bike met with an accident near Aarey Colony, Goregaon. While the actor was immediately rushed to the hospital, his co-star Shilpa Shinde says that negligence on part of doctors at the KEM hospital led to his severed condition.
Reportedly, the actor was taken to a near by hospital at first but since the hospital was not equipped to treat such cases, they referred the patient to the KEM Hospital in Parel. The doctors there, however, failed to see the urgency of the case and kept the patient waiting for quite some time before running tests on him.
Shilpa informed a leading tabloid that after doing a CT scan on Manish, the doctors could not make a decision as they held different diagnosis. While one said that it was brain haemorrhage another held a different opinion. In the process, Manish’s health was further compromised until finally he was taken to the Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital later that evening.
Manish is currently under treatment of Dr Rajan Shah who informed the same daily that Manish is in coma but there is hope of recovery.
