Here’s some goss about Grover’s upcoming comedy show
Reports have been doing the rounds that Sachin Tendulkar will be the first guest on Sunil Grover’s Mad In India. However, now we hear that Tendulkar won’t be able to make it due to some prior commitments. So who will replace Sachin to be the first guest on Mad In India, you ask? We hear that the producers have approached yoga guru and spiritual leader, Baba Ramdev to appear on Sunil’s comedy show.
Director Rajeev Dhingra says, “The first guest on the set is not from the sports, Bollywood or political background. We’ve already made a bank of episodes which include celebrities from all walks of life. Mika is one of them. For the first episode we have someone from the health background, not medical exactly but everyday health.” Though he hasn’t yet confirmed that yoga guru Ramdev Baba will be appearing on the first show, our birdie tells us that the team has already started shooting with him.
Well now, let’s wait for the first episode to see who will be the first guest on Sunil Grover’s Mad In India. And if Baba Ramdev is actually a part of it, it’s sure to be entertaining, no? Wink! (No offense). The show also stars Manish Paul, Dolly Ahluwalia, Shweta Tiwari, Siddarth Jadhav, Khayali Saharan, Rehman Khan amongst others.
