Karishma and Upen still continue to hold a major grudge against Gautam

Bigg Boss 8 contestant Gautam Gulati’s huge number of fans are sure that he will win the show, but looks like his fellow contestants Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel won’t let him take the trophy very easily.

After Praneet Bhatt’s eviction, the Bigg Boss house was left without a captain. Now that there was no captain in the house, it meant an urgency to appoint a new one.

In the morning, Bigg Boss asked the housemates to finalise one name who would stand against Sonali Raut for the next captaincy challenge. Majority nominated Gautam, but Upen and Karishma said ‘no’ straight away.

Upen and Karishma said that Gautam sleeps most of the time and is an expert in breaking the rules. And hence, doesn’t deserve to be the captain.

Everyone in the house criticized Upen and Karishma. Some also said that Karishma and Upen are only carrying bitterness and sourness in hearts and that they could never feel compassion for each other ever.

Pritam Singh was looking too annoyed with Karishma, for her behaviour. Ultimately after being convinced by most of them, Karishma and Upen agreed for Gautam’s name for captaincy nomination.

As the year draws to a close, we take a look at concepts and themes that dominated TV in the last 12 months…

2014 was quite an action-packed year for television. It was the year when Amitabh Bachchan made his TV fiction debut followed by Padmini Kolhapure and Sonali Bendre. Some actors like Bhagyashree and Sandhya Mridul returned to TV after several years. Finite series that was the mainstay of Doordarshan made a comeback. As far as content is concerned, it was a mixed bag. Even as stories got bolder, the ones ruling the charts continued to be the saas-bahu sagas. And, despite new launches, the old shows continued to be the channel-drivers. Thankfully, some of the shows that had crossed their sell-by dates were yanked. The low-down on the happenings…

Bolly stars debuting in serials

From Ada Sharma, Tulip Joshi, Padmini Kolhpure to Seema Biswas and Sarika several Bollywood stars made their TV debuts this year. Amitabh Bachchan who has been hosting KBC also made his foray into acting with Yudh. Sonali Bendre too, who has been judging reality shows, is currently seen as ‘the good wife’ in Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye. The 1920 star Ada is seen in Pukar, Tulip is playing a pilot in Airlines, Padmini was the other woman in Ek Nayee Pehchaan and Sarika debuted as the pehli biwi of Bachchan in Yudh. It’s the concept of finite series that has beckoned Bolly stars, who otherwise find the daily soaps time-constraining. However, even their presence didn’t succeed in luring viewers proving that TV is a different ball-game altogether.

Producers and directors too

Not only filmstars even movie producers and directors made a beeline to the small-screen. Abhinay Deo and Sanjay Leela Bhansali had set the ball rolling last year — Abhinay directed 24 and Sanjay made his debut as a TV producer with Saraswatichandra. This year had Soojit Sircar and Anurag Kashyap getting together for Yudh — Anurag started from TV but came back to direct a serial after a long gap. Ashutosh Gowariker, who had acted in CID before he jumped to films, is back producing Everest. Even Vipul Shah who went from TV to films returned to the small-screen with Pukar that he is producing. Anurag Basu, Nikhil Advani, and Rohit Dhawan have also been directing one-off episodes and short TV films. Akshay Kumar, who has been producing films made his debut as a TV producer with Jamai Raja.

Many actors returned to TV after a gap. Bhagyashree who had started her acting career on TV with Kachchi Dhoop and was last seen in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 is back with Laut Aao Trisha. Renuka Shahane, the reigning TV queen of one time who had stayed away from fiction shows for over five years, returned with a cameo in Mere Rang Mein Rangnewali. Achint Kaur who had taken a break after Jhansi Ki Rani is now seen in Jamai Raja. Raj Babbar had played king Bharat in BR Chopra’s Mahabharat in the late ’80s. Thirty years later, he is back playing the father of three sons in Pukar. Kay Kay Menon, best known for Pradhanmantri, came back after a considerable gap with Yudh. Sandhya Mridul, who is best remembered for Koshish Ek Asha and has several serials to her credit, returned after a gap of over a decade with Private Investigator.

Wrap-ups

Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar’s love saga Bade Acche Laggte Hai that was dragging on endlessly came to an end this year. So did Madhubala after leaps, double roles and characters back from the dead. Sushant Singh Rajput’s debut TV show Pavitra Rishta too breathed its last but not before his beau Ankita Lokhande got to play a double role post some third or fourth leap. Devon Ke Dev Mahadev that catapulted Mohit Raina to overnight fame bid adieu this month leaving the telly god free to pursue a film career! The two-year-old Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha, completed its run after unbelievable twists and turns. Another long-running show Uttaran that has been airing for six years and has exhausted its plots is thankfully on its last leg.

Saas-bahu sagas still reigning

Never mind if you dub them regressive, saas-bahu soaps are the ones on-top-of-the-chart. Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sasural Simar Ka, even Diya Aur Baati Hum for that matter despite it being about a woman’s ambition of becoming an IPS officer — all the serials are rooted in joint families. There may be exceptions like Kumkum Bhagya, a complicated love story, or a historical Jodha Akbar, but nothing gets the viewers hooked as much as the goings-on between a saas and a bahu. The ratings prove it.

Finite series

Thanks to Anil Kapoor’s 24, an adaptation of the hit international show, primetime TV saw the advent of several finite series. Yudh, Pukar, Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh, Everest, Maharakshak Aryan and Airlines. While some were for the duration of 24 episodes, others have been planned for a six-month run. Then there’s Zindagi that airs only finite Pakistani serials. Yudh, Pukar and Everest created a huge buzz, but haven’t rated high on the ratings chart. And though the idea of finite shows has been welcomed by actors and producers, viewers don’t seem to have warmed up to the concept.

Old is gold

No matter how many serials and concepts channels experiment with, it’s their old shows that continue to get them the numbers. Balika Vadhu has been on air for seven years and still the numero uno on Colors, ditto Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chasmah on SAB TV and to its credit hasn’t taken a single leap! Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been among Star Plus’ top five for six years now. Not that the channels didn’t launch new shows, but they were axed faster than they were brought on air. Over 14 new shows including Beintehaa, Main Na Bhoolungi, Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya etc, launched with much-hype were terminated for lack of rating points within five-nine months.

Forbidden love

Homosexual relationships, incest and transgender love — subjects that were hitherto considered taboo on the small-screen took centre stage this year. Yudh showcased a lesbian relationship, an episode in Yeh Hai Aashiqui was about a guy falling in love with his friend’s mother, Webbed had two guys finding solace in each other’s arms and Laut Aao Trisha highlighted incest. Clearly, TV got bolder this year and ventured into uncharted territories.

Channel launches

Last but not the least, the year saw the launch of some new channels like Epic that airs costume dramas, Zindagi which has brought Pakistani serials to India and Sony Pal, yet another general entertainment channel, to name a few. However, serials on Pal are being yanked within three months as they are not garnering ratings. It’s evident that sustaining in the cut-throat TV scenario is not easy, especially for new channels. As far as Zindagi is concerned, it is airing serials that have already been seen in Pakistan but are new to the desi audience. Already two of their TV stars Fawad Khan and Imran Abbas have made their Bolly debuts and soon Mahira Khan of Humsafar fame is set to make hers with Shah Rukh Khan in Raees!

After the show, the actor is looking forward to work in more films

Actor Praneet Bhatt says he has emerged from Bigg Boss 8 as a wiser man, who finds nothing “impossible”. He is now looking at bagging roles in more TV shows and movies.
Praneet, who came out from Bigg Boss 8 with a clean working slate, said: “I will now be looking at work on television and of course in movies.” ”I feel I’ve just started a new phase in my life and career. After weathering the storms in the Bigg Boss house, nothing in the outside world seems impossible. I’m still trying to come to terms with the real world outside Bigg Boss,” he added.

Praneet, known for his role as Shakuni in TV series Mahabharat, admits he has evolved as a human being in the three months that he’s stayed in the reality show. ”I’ve learnt more about life and experienced more facets of the human nature than I’ve done all my life. Believe me, I’ve come away from ‘Bigg Boss’ a wiser man.”

The actor, who was part of the notorious P3G gang inside the Bigg Boss house says, “Puneet, Pritam, me and Gautam, the P3G, bonded better than the rest of the contestants. But that doesn’t mean I didn’t get along with the rest of the house mates.  ”I am by nature a friendly and positive person. I made friends with Sushant (Divgikar) and Sonali (Raut). And we’ll continue to be friends even after the show is over.”

Praneet has good things to say about Puneet Issar. He said: “I maintain he is well-meaning misunderstood guy. He gets over-emotional at times.”
Then what makes the contestants behave contrary to their true nature? ”It’s the environment within the House. It’s not a natural state to be in. We’re all locked in a 4,000 sq ft space where there is no privacy and no communication with the outside world. Plus, food is rationed. So one is constantly thinking of food and fighting for it. After a while all this gets to you.”

He says he’s grateful for remaining constant in his behaviour. ”It was a very gussawalla (anger-inducing) environment, and the situation often got ugly. I’d like to believe I rode the waves of uncertainty within the house and came out with my dignity intact,” said the actor, who has also featured in shows like Suvreen Guggal – Topper of The Year and Geet.

So, what is the best and worst experience Praneet has come out with? ”Worst, I’d like to forget. The best by far, was the weekly interaction with Salman Khan sir. Every Saturday, I used to wait to talk to him. And we’d also wait for the homemade food that Salman sir sent for all of us contestants in the Bigg Boss house. ”It is not a small thing to get ghar ka khana from Salman sir’s home.”

Yes, it is true that Avika Gor has moved out of Sasural Simar Ka and Sara Khan is taking over, but not the way you think

Well a source confirms our doubts and tells us that Sara Khan will be pretending to play Roli. After the accident, Roli’s face will be destroyed. A plastic surgeon gives Roli a new face. When she reaches home, she manages to convince everyone about her identity by behaving like Roli, but it’s not that easy to fool Simar (Deepika Samson) or the detective in her.

Simar refuses to believe that Sara is her little sister. Well the mystery will come out later, that Sara is not Roli, but an icchadari naagin (shape-shifter snake). Guess the makers are still in the 90’s to feed their viewers such concocted stories. So, for all those fans who have sworn not to watch the show because Avika has left it, don’t worry as she will soon be back to prove her identity like the gazillion other times she did it.

This will however, be Sara Khan’s return to daily soaps. She was last seen in Sony TV’s Encounter. The ex-Bigg Boss inmate is super excited about her comeback. She said, “I know the whole cast of Sasural Simar Ka as they all are my friends. So, shooting with them is like a family picnic. All of them made me feel comfortable on the set. Avika was brilliant in her role but I intentionally did not watch the show as I wanted to put my own observations into the character of Roli based on the script and narration. I don’t want to copy her.”

Sonali has finally become the captain of the Bigg Boss house, but will she be able to lead the housemates?

After Praneet Bhatt was eliminated from Bigg Boss 8 this week, the house was left without a captain. So it was time for the contestants to select a new one who would lead the house for a week.

Majority believed that Sonali Raut should be given one fair chance to show her jalwa as a captain, however, many at the same time didn’t believe she would be able to handle the position.

As we all know, she has hardly been involved in the household chores throughout the season. Gautam Gulati said how he wasn’t sure if she will be able to do justice, but at the same time he also said that one shouldn’t judge someone’s potential without letting that person try at least once. Plus she was the only one in the house who had yet not become the captain. Bigg Boss announced that the housemates had to write down the name of one person whom they felt should be given a chance and drop in the ballet box kept in the living area.

Surprisingly, everyone gave their votes to Sonali, including Gautam, who seemed absolutely chilled with the idea of her winning over him.

We told you how Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel were strictly against the idea of Gautam being the captain, hence they both had to cast their vote to Sonali, despite their dislike for her.

After being caught in a scandalous moment with Ashok, Mihika has never been the same

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s recent episode will leave you shocked and stunned beyond belief. Well Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) is out of Ashok’s (Sangram) life for good. He threw her out after announcing the name of his new wife – Mihika (Mihika Verma). Like you already know, Shagun is in shock and blames Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) for her tragedy.

Aditya informs Raman and the Bhalla family that Ashok has married Mihika. This sends Raman and Ishita in a state of shock and they rush to her aid. Raman starts beating up Ashok and blaming her for blackmailing Mihika into marriage. On the other hand, Ishita questions Mihika and promises that no matter what problem she is in that her family will help her.

However, Mihika’s answer shocks Ishita. She tells him that she married Ashok by choice and is not ashamed of it. In fact, she married him for the power, money and the luxurious life. Mihir (Raj Singh Arora)was a weak man and will never be able to provide her with all this. She loved Mihir before but not anymore. She decided to save herself from a mediocre life. Hearing all this, Ishita loses her cool and slaps her.

She’s not the one to forgive people that easily and a blunder on prime time that goes viral is indeed a big reason to worry

The production team of Colors’ show, Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, recently aired the same episode on two consecutive days at prime time. Apparently, someone from the production unit messed up and misplaced the chip with the regular episodes.

Apparently, whoever made the mistake was too scared to admit it and hence, the mistake did not get reported in time. Knowing how strict and perfect Ekta is with anything and everything related to Balaji Telefilms, the czarina reached the sets to find out what went wrong.

Everyone kept blaming someone and pointing fingers, but no one owned up to their mistake. This bugged Ekta to no end and she fired a few people from the production unit.

Every week, a housemate departs from the Bigg Boss house leaving behind a void and a few broken hearts. Praneet Bhatt’s eviction and the first departure from the P3G gang has left his close friends mourning and in tears. Pritam Singh and Ali Quli Mirza cry over Praneet’s eviction

Pritam and Ali were seen trying hard to cope in their dear friend’s absence. But the only way to survive inside the Bigg Boss house was to pick up and dust yourself and move ahead in the game. While one group was seen coping with Praneet’s absence, the other was regaling as it was Karishma Tanna’s birthday and she cut a plate of Halwa to bring in her special day.

Sonali Raut becomes the captain

Praneet’s eviction leaves the housemates without a captain yet again and Bigg Boss called for a fresh election to select the new leader of the house. Captaincy has become the most volatile affair in the house and causes an uproar each time the topic is raised. Through his Bigg Bomb, Praneet chose Sonali as the contender for captaincy upon his departure. However, Bigg Boss made it apparent that even if Sonali wins the captainship, she will not get the immunity that the captains are known to enjoy. By late morning, Bigg Boss announced that the other contestant to face-off against Sonali has to be selected by the housemates through a unanimous decision. After a long squabble, the housemates agreed upon a name – Gautam Gulati – who will challenge Sonali. Gautam’s selection, though a surprise came as a strategy because he already has immunity from the next nomination owing to last week’s task and the contestants feel that giving immunity to an additional housemate will not be in their best interest and will instead increase their chances of being evicted from the show.

Even as the two contenders prepared to battle it out against each other, Bigg Boss announced that the captain for the week will be elected through a secret ballot box. The contenders were given a chance to convince the other contestants on why they are likely to make the best captain. Unpredictability being the nature of the game, all the contestants including Gautam vote for Sonali, making the so-called ‘Laziest Member’ of the Bigg Boss house the captain for the very first time.

Dimpy Ganguly, Pritam Singh enter the danger zone this week

Even as the captaincy issue stands resolved, there is another procedure that the contestants are wary about– the nominations! Feelings of resentment peaks as the contestants were told to apply black paint on the pictures of two contestants that they would like to nominate for the week. If the pain of seeing black paint being sprayed on their respective pictures was not enough, captain Sonali was given an additional advantage – to choose the one person whom the other contestants have not selected that she would like to put up for eviction! After moments of contemplation, Sonali picks up her can of black paint and selects her target for the week.

Upen confesses his love for Karishma

At the end of the episode, we see Karishma, Upen Patel and Dimpy having a candid conversation in the bedroom. It is during this Upen says ‘I love you’ to Tanna. Now, before you jump to any conclusions, let us tell you that all of this was in good humour. Upen, who was ina happy mood decided to take KT’s case. Ah, well.

The Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?  actor is very excited to play the role- Read to know more

TV actor Abhaas Mehta, who is known for his role in the shows Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? and Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, says he took to time at all to accept the role of Betaal in the show Sinhasan Battisi.
“I have spent most of my childhood watching and reading about the tale of Vikram and Betaal. When I got the offer of playing the character of Betaal in Sinhasan Battisi without the blink of an eye, I straight away accepted the offer,” Abhaas said in a statement.

Although the actor is more than happy to take up his new role, he admits that it is challenging and hopes he will live up to the viewers’ expectations. ”Essaying the role of Betaal in PAL’s popular historical series has given me a great opportunity to depict the challenging role. I hope I do justice with the character and I hope that the viewers will like it,” he said.

Abhaas comes in as Betaal after replacing Rajesh Khera, who was all set to play the role but was said to have quit the show on medical grounds and had to be replaced overnight.

The show, which will feature a Vikram-Betal track starting Jan 5, is about 32 ideal qualities that a king should have to rule the kingdom.

The usually jolly and naughty Salman Khan showcased his serious side recently where he was seen losing his cool and storming off stage. Following a spite with contestant Karishma Tanna, the host has been curt ever since and hasn’t been his natkhat self. It all began with Ms Tanna shedding tears over being ragged by Salman repeatedly. “Its not funny” she said, to which the host replied that his humour was harmless and it was all in jest.His shoes were filled in by Kapil Sharma, who brought in some comedy with his hilarious jibes last weekend. Though Kapil did a great job being the funny host, Salman was thoroughly missed and much to our delight, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor is back! Its seems Mr Khan has let go off all grudges and is ready to welcome the coming year with an open mind and heart. The superstar recently celebrated his 49th birthday and will be seen continuing the gala with the inmates. Salman will surprise the contestants by entering the house and will be seen cutting the cake along with them.

BollywoodLife recently revealed the yummy cupcakes gifted to Salman by the makers of BB8. Those along with a creamy cake, will give the hunk several reasons to hit the gym soon! The romance is just blooming between the couple, but will Shagun let it happen?

Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) believes that Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) is the reason why her marriage with Ashok (Sangram) broke. So now Shagun is in Raman’s (Karan Patel) house with her son Aditya. Shagun wants to throw Ishita out of the house, so she poisons Aditya’s mind against Ishita.

In the recent episode, Shagun hides Aditya’s Christmas gift so that her son gets upset, which in variably will upset the whole family. However, Ishita resolves the issue by giving up her gift for him. Raman smiles lovingly at his wife and cannot stop raving about her (in his mind). When Raman and Ishita get a little cosy with each other – Shagun barges in with the pretext of using their bathroom.

In the upcoming episode, Shagun will realise that Raman and Ishita are not a namesake couple anymore, but are in love with each other. This bugs Shagun to no end and she decides to separate them. She needs to be on Raman’s good side so that he can continue supporting her financially. She will continue to create a rift between the couple, but it is not going to be that easy a feat to achieve.

The actress unintentionally showed some skin which wasn’t censored by the makers and was aired. Certain viewers decided to make the most of the episode and took pics of her wardrobe malfunction. It soon became viral, being shared repeatedly on Twitter! The cheap mania was pleaded to be brought to an end by former Bigg Boss inmate Diandra Soares who tweeted saying,” “Have alllll of u lost it?! “Mera slap justified tha”

One of the most controversial moments in the BB8 house was when Sonali slapped Ali. As seen in the episode, Ali was being targeted for having passed a lewd comment about Sonali. The latter learnt about the same and decided to teach Ali a lesson, this time with her hand. She left her finger prints on his left cheek, with a shocked and distraught Mr Mirza looking on. Well as they say actions speak louder than words and Ms Raut seems to have taken it all literally!

Love at first bite

It’s hard to understand the relationship that Sonali and Upen Patel share. Where once they were buds of a blooming romance, they now remain sworn enemies. Nonetheless, things did turn steamy on the couple’s love boat and neither were wary of the same! It so happened that Karishma Tanna questioned Upen about a mark on his neck, asking him whether it was a love bite. At that, Sonali blushed like a bashful bride followed by Mr Patel, who was all smiles. Well some don’t like to kiss and tell, but with Sonali and Upen, the same is true with love bites!

After being seen in Xpose with Himesh Reshammiya, the actress had given her commitment to Kannada filmmaker named S K Basheed for a film titled 100% Useless Fellows. Sonali reportedly angered him, by choosing to be a contestant of the BB8 house instead. Reports suggest that the director had approached the makers of the show, to let go off Sonali. Speculations did the rounds, stating that Sonali’s first eviction was planned so that she could sort out things with Basheed and make an entry again. Fishy eh?

They had an arrangement when they decided to go their separate ways, but now that the kids are growing up things have changed

As parents, Ragini (Pallavi Kulkarni Nerurkar) and Neil K (Ronit Roy) decided to split their children between them. They both did everything for their kids, but Ragini couldn’t provide enough materialistically and Neil wasn’t there for them emotionally. The family was incomplete and the children bared the brunt of their parents’ separation.

In the recent episode, Ragini’s son Aarav (Yatin Mehta) tells his mother that he wants to move in with his father as she has not done anything for him in his life. This episode breaks down Ragini, who believed that she has done everything in her power to raise him. When Neil sees her crying he rubs salt to her wounds by saying that money is more important than love. Well incidentally, Neil will go through the same thing when his kids demand to live with their mother.

Neil’s kids have got everything even before they demanded, but they never received his love or time. His kids would also express a desire to shift with their mother and spend quality time with her. Vatsal Sheth: Okay so you may argue that this is not his debut project, but can you truly compare his childhood performance in Just Mohabbat to his character Shaurya in Ek Hasina Thi. Vatsal shed his cute boy image and amazed us with his evil side. We like!

Farnaz Shetty: The actor started off with a non-significant role in the show. She keeps shifting from good to bad with utmost ease. Her performance gives her grey shaded character a boost. In addition to all that, her looks have somehow been very interesting and trendsetting.

Arjit Taneja: The Splitsvilla contestant never wanted or dreamt of doing TV, but destiny had other plans in mind. After the reality show, Arjit signed on Purab in Kumkum Bhagya and his fan following has convinced him that television is where he was always supposed to be. His intense and boy next door performance has created space for a new hottie in town. Can you deny it?

Shivya Pathania: She came with little expectations when Four Lions Film called her for an audition for their new show Humsafars opposite Harshad Chopda. The actor came in with clothes for two days and hasn’t left the city since then. Well her onscreen performance resonates a character that is powerful, independent and go getter – something a lot of women relate to nowadays. It’s not easy to create that impression with just your first show, no?

Spandan Chaturvedi: This child actor from Udaan needs special mention ‘coz at such a young age she carries the entire burden of the whole show purely on her shoulders. As a child artist, Spandan has indeed impressed us with her acting and confidence with which she performs. Yet she never sheds her innocence which is very important to the script. Now that’s an actor in the making.

Was it an awkward situation for Mr Khan?

Salman Khan will soon be leaving Bigg Boss 8 and from January a new host will be stepping into his shoes. It is not just the viewers who will miss Salman on the show but also the show-makers who organised a grand send-off for the star! But for his last day on Bigg Boss 8, Salman had two special ladies accompanying him!

Sunday was the penultimate day of Salman Khan’s shoot for Bigg Boss 8. A source from the production says that the makers celebrated the host’s birthday with a huge cake. What’s more, he had some special guests acompanying him. His old flame Sangeeta Bijlani and supposed girlfriend Iulia Vantur came along with him. Says a source, “While Sangeeta left early, Iulia was there throughout the show and was part of the audience. She later left with Salman in his car.”

Shagun is leaving no stones unturned in separating Raman and Ishita. But will she succeed in doing so on their wedding anniversary? Read on to find out!

In the last episode, we saw the Bhallas hosting a grand Christmas party for Aditya. Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and the rest of the family members had decided to make Aditya happy, hence, came up with a plan of hosting a party for him. Shagun (Anita Hassanandani), however, had other plans and was seen hiding Aditya’s Christmas gift, making him upset with Ishita. But Ishita was seen making Aditya smile by giving up her own gift for him. Further, Shagun was seen barging in the room, in order to interrupt Raman( Karan Patel) and Ishita’s lovey dovey moment. The episode ended with her realizing that Raman and Ishita cannot be split up easily, and hence she would have to try harder.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Shagun trying to ruin Raman and Ishita’s wedding anniversary. She will bring up the topic of her own anniversary with Raman, in order to upset Ishita. She will succeed in doing so, as Ishita will be visibly troubled. Raman, however, will ignore Shagun’s japes and will aim to make the day special for Ishita. He will gift his mother’s ancestral jhumkas to Ishita and will tell her that no woman has ever looked as beautiful as she does, wearing them. They will also be seen sharing a hug, much to Shagun’s displeasure!

Ejaz Khan will be seen entering the house and troubling the inmates during a task! What happens next? Read on to find out…

Ajaz Khan had made headlines in the previous season of Bigg Boss with his quirky stints and cheesy one liners for Gauauhar Khan. The actor is all set to make a comeback in the controversial house in tonight’s episode where he will be seen surprising the inmates with his entry and working against their favour during a task assigned to him by Bigg Boss.

Remember the freeze and release task last season? Tonight’s episode will see the game being followed by the inmates yet again where they would be asked to stand in a still position upon heraing the word freeze. They can move only when Bigg Boss says ‘release’ and Ajaz will be seen attempting to make the inmates move from their steadfast positions.

Where Ajaz will try hard to make the inmates give up by getting under their skin, the latter will remain adamant on completing the task. The episode wil take an interesting turn when Ajaz will play a tour guide to certain people who will be entering the house and would be enthusiastic to see it. The hilarious twist will come in when the inmates will be caked, literally by the new entrants! They will be seen smashing cakes on the housemates’ faces and the latter would continue to remain still. Some will power eh?

Tonight’s episode will also see an emotional moment where Puneet Issar’s wife Deepali Issar would come in, much to his shock, surprise and delight. She will hug Puneet and break down and the latter would reciprocate the same way.

What’s cooking between Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna?

The two seem to have come quite close in the last few days, they are also each other’s confidantes. Ajaz points that out to the duo. But Karishma is seen telling Dimpy Ganguly that there is nothing going on between her and Upen and that from the very beginning she has been open about her boyfriend.

Is that an apology for the way Puneet has been behaving with Karishma whom he called his daughter at the beginning? We leave that to you to decide! Mrs Issar also tells Gautam Gulati that she is fond of him and that she knows that his relationship with Puneet will continue even after the show is over! Aww, so sweet!
