With Ranveer plotting his escape, viewers are in for more drama

The current track in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi is focused on how Ranveer (Shakti Arora) is plotting his escape from Milan’s clutches. We saw how Ishaani (Radhika Madan) gets more suspicious after noticing the absence of a birthmark from RV’s back, which she comes to know of from Amba (Utkarsha Naik) and Kailash (Shahab Khan). Ishaani has already become worried with RV’s changed behaviour. In the mean time, Ranveer is plotting his escape from the warehouse. He has written an SOS in a slip. On the other hand, Milan comes home and announces the marriage of Manas (Anas Khan) with Parul (Charu Mehra) much to the dismay of Disha (Tisha Kapoor). We saw how Disha is planning to spoil Parul’s future due to her jealousy. This decision will leave her upset and she will hatch plans to prevent it.

There is a buzz that Amba who is extremely distressed after Ishaani’s statement that it seems to be someone else in Ranveer’s body. She will open a box and start seeing Milan’s toys. Viewers are eagerly waiting for Amba’s dark past to slowly unfold. Ishaani will also reportedly start observing every move of RV as she’s suspicious and worried. Hopefully, RV should escape in a couple of days. Will he get back home and inform Ishaani about Milan? Or will he lie low and strike when the time is correct? Week after week we get to see someone or the other leaving the madhouse of Bigg Boss 9. As per the show’s format, every week there’s an elimination where the contestant who bags the least number of votes, has to walk out of the show! Now this has been a pattern since the very first season of the ‘reality’ show! But well, the voting system is not as real as you believe! Our source exclusively reveals to us that all the votes are rigged big time and that too not just by the channel Colors but also by show’s host Salman Khan! Yes, can you imagine?

According to our source, although the votes are taken into consideration but with that said, the makers including Salman then sit together, individually evaluate the performance of each nominated contestant, see who has the potential to pull up the TRP and finally zero down on a name who they think should leave the show, through mutual agreement! It’s not just the votes that decide the fate of the contestants….

In fact, I even got in touch with the recently evicted contestant Arvind Vegda and he too confirmed this process saying, “Channel knows what works on the show and what doesn’t! The show’s format has always been more about controversies than anything else. So maybe I was being a misfit for Bigg Boss but I don’t think I got evicted due to less number of votes. It’s rather because I wasn’t giving the expected content or as you say, controversies! Salman Khan, the channel, everyone has a say in it and unfortunately I happened to be their target this week.”

No wonder why even Ankit Gera and Roopal Tyagi left the show so soon! Despite being an ex-couple, we believe the channel didn’t want to keep them together for long again because neither did they discuss their break-up nor did they ever accuse each other on the show!

Ashish Sharma, who is set to make a comeback on TV as Lord Ram in Siya Ke Ram has been voted as the hottest!

Last week we conducted a poll on who is the hottest mythological hunk on TV. Actor Ashish Sharma who will be seen as Lord Ram in the upcoming show, Siya Ke Ram was voted as the hottest gaining 37% votes. Talking exclusively to BollywoodLife, Ashish said, “It feels nice that fans have voted me as the hottest. Thank you. This kind of tag is appealing but I also feel very embarrassed.” So, is Ashish shy around his female fans? “Well, yes, I am a shy and introverted person by nature, whether it’s around male or female fans,” he states. Parth Samthaan aka Manik’s much awaited comeback in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan’s season 2 has finally taken place. The actor was seen re-entering the show at the time when his band Fab 5 needed him the most. They didn’t have a lead singer nor a replacement. But Manik made a grand entry and saved the day. I expected Manik’s entry to not only be dhamakedaar but also to bring about a change in the way the storyline had been shaping up since the last few episodes. Nandini(Niti Taylor) was shown trying to figure the reason behind Manik’s sudden absence with help from Aryaman(Karan Jotwani). But Manik’s entry had barely helped, considering the fact that his comeback hasn’t been explained and nor has the reason for Cabir’s sudden disappearance, been revealed. All in all, Manik’s re entry in the series has been disappointing. Here are 3 reasons why:

Too many questions, zero answers

Where was Manik all this while? How did he manage to come back? What happened to Cabir? These are questions running through not only my mind but those of the fans as well. Manik has returned and I was hoping to get answers to all these questions, once he got back. But to my disappointment, Fab 5 is rejoicing his comeback instead of asking him these basic and most important questions. Everyone is talking of Cabir like he’s dead. Maybe he is. But why hasn’t anyone tried to contact his family, and figure out what exactly happened to him? Manik was there with Cabir during the car accident. Why hasn’t he explained what happened to him? It’s strange that Fab 5 is content with Manik’s return and not eager enough to get answers. Even if Parth’s exit and comeback in the series was sudden, the makers should have found a way to incorporate the same in the show. Right now, everything is random.

ManNan is back but boring

I don’t know about the fans but I’ve certainly had enough of Manik and Nandini’s romance. Agreed that the two have met after a long time and need to spend time alone. But their romance takes me back to their intimate and corny scenes from season 1. There’s no progress in the love story and things are back to square one, where Manik and Nandini’s scenes are limited to them being extra cheesy like before. The latest episodes are showing them together and I feel no excitement looking at the two.

Fab 5 or drab 5?

I expected Fab 5 to come back in full form, now that Manik has returned. The band needs to pull up its socks and requires a major makeover in terms of its reputation as well as music. But Manik is busy with Nandini and is not paying a mind to his band. Agreed that the two need to spend time together, but everything can be done in moderation.

Actor-anchor Karan Tacker is presently in Barcelona, Spain with Kapil Sharma and singer Mika Singh. The three are living it up in the vibrant city, where they have gone for a show, which we presume will be hosted by him. Karan, who enjoys a huge fan following amongst girls with his cute looks and charming persona posted a video from La Rambla, Barcelona. It is one of the most famous streets of the city dotted with shops, night spots and restaurants. Dressed casually in denims, tee and a beanie, Karan met a group of his female fans.

With the girls going gaga over the hottie, he decided to make them happier by making a small video with them. The surprise element in the tape catches you unawares and what follows is quite sweet. Karan also posted a picture of his with Mika and Kapil Sharma close to the airport. He tweeted Punjabiyaan Di Shaan Wakhri to describe the mood of the picture. With the weather being cold in Spain, the three boys kept warm with leather jackets, denims and beanies. In fact, the three are sporting identical glares.

The TV actor will be inconsolable tonight…

Bigg Boss 9 has become very interesting since wild card contestant Rishabh Sinha entered the house. He has been playing mind games, creating fights and even flirting with a few girls. But tonight he will do something that will make Suyyash Rai cry like a baby!

We revealed to you earlier that tonight the Bigg Boss 9 house will converted into a seven star hotel for the luxury budget task and all the contestants except Rishabh and Mandana will be the workers at the hotel. The duo will be guests and they will be served food, drinks and all other services that they want by the hotel staff.

The fun will begin as the hotel opens. Mandana and Rishabh will be quick to target Kishwer as the wild card entrant doesn’t like her. They will make her run throughout the house to get things during the day.

But that’s not the end of Kishwer’s problems. Rishabh will give her a go-fetch task where she will have to act like a dog and fetch the bone thrown by Mandana and Rishabh. They keep on throwing the bone and she goes around as a dog, collects the bone and gives it back to Rishabh.

Seeing Kishwer being treated like this, Suyyash will start crying as he will not be able to see his girlfriend in that condition. Prince and Yuvika will try to console him but he will keep on crying.

Rishabh will then make Suyyash also do the task, but during the task he will break down again and leave the task in between. Check out the teaser of this scenario below:

Pratima is extremely close to learning about the masked girl aka Gauri’s truth. Will she? Find out!

In the last episode, we saw Dadi attempting to feed the medicines to Gauri. Suhani(Rajshri Rani Pandey)entered the room and Dadi put up an act of making her sleep. Dadi left and soon Gauri clutched Suhani’s chunni, appearing afraid. Suhani asked her what the problem was and Gauri puked, telling her that she was fed some unwanted medicines by Dadi. Suhani confronted Dadi and asked her why she she fed the medicines to Gauri. Dadi stated that she did no such thing and was not at fault. In order to prove that she was innocent, Dadi consumed the medicines herself. Soon, she fainted, causing panic in the Birla house. A doctor was called who after having a look at Dadi’s condition, stated that she consumed medicines that affected her blood pressure levels. Yuvraj(Sahil Mehta) was upset with Suhani for having put Dadi through a tricky situation. Bhavana too was disappointed with Suhani, stating that she shouldn’t have forced Dadi into proving herself right. The episode ended with no one believing Suhani and holding her responsible for Dadi’s ill health.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Pratima coming close to finding the truth about the masked girl aka Gauri. She will play a tune, that will be recognized by Gauri, much to her surprise. Pratima will break down, as she will be puzzled as to how Gauri knows the tune, since it’s only the kids of the Birla house who are familiar with the same. Suhani will be baffled as well.

Will Pratima find out that Gauri is in fact her own daughter that was kept confined by Dadi? Stay tuned to find out!

It’s hard to comprehend how lame and ridiculous Ekta Kapoor’s once sensible and popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has become today.Unbelievably enough, the show is following a horror track which is hardly that and is more on the lines of a C-grade scary venture. As we all know Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita is being shown as possessed by Shagun’s (Anita Hassanandani) evil spirit. From lashing out at Raman(Karan Patel) on the drop of a hat to acting violent with the others, Ishita has done everything. But yesterday’s episode truly crossed all limits. A possessed Ishita made Raman hang upside down in the air. Yes, that actually happened. Ishita/ Shagun taught Raman a lesson with this stint as he refrained from coming close to her. I wonder whether the makers are even aware of how bizarre all this appears to be or they are simply delusional, thinking that such story lines make sense.

To top it all, Shagun’s evil spirit entered Ishita’s body and made her eat chicken, on the occasion of karva chauth. Ishita was shown gulping down some serious tangdi, not caring a f**k about the Bhallas and what they thought of her. Not only was this scene hilarious AF but also so, so, so incredibly stupid and random.

If the makers want to justify this track saying that since it’s horror, all is allowed, I’m sorry. This will only speak volumes of their sheer stupidity. If they wish to justify stating that such negative reactions are uncalled for as even horror films feature the same, then I would like to point out that never in my wildest dreams did I imagine Yeh Hai Mohabbatein to turn into a supernatural series. What started out as a beautiful love story between Raman and Ishita has now become a nonsensical horror drama. A horror film is allowed to show exaggerated sequences as that’s what the viewers are expecting to see. But how is one supposed to react when the TV’s most loved couple is shown caught up in a mindless horror story line?

Sorry IshRa, but from being the most cherished couple on the idiot box, you are now merely two idiots.

Colors TV’s Bigg Boss 9 is not only one of the most boring seasons so far but mindless as well. It’s pretty evident that the makers of this show have hit a new low and are ready to stoop to any level, in order to rake in TRP’s. Thankfully, Karan Wahi has pointed out the same and has said what needed to heard. The actor took to Twitter and took off on Colors TV and Bigg Boss 9, calling the show disgraceful for making contestants do tasks that were vile and bizarre. For those unaware, yesterday’s episode of Bigg Boss 9 followed a format where the house was made into a hotel. Mandana Karimi and wild card contestant Rishabh Sinha were treated as guests and the rest had to be the servants. Rishabh played a nasty game and asked the inmates to do unimaginable tasks for him. He threw a bone and asked Kishwer Merchantt to fetch it like a dog and bring it back to him, which she did. And Kishwer gave it back to Rishabh by spitting in his glass. All in all, the contestants entire episode was not just stupid but also made it evident how desperate the makers are to get more TRP’s.

Karan addressed the same and took to Twitter, where he called out to the channel for their TRP hungry behaviour and for having a contestant like Rishabh Sinha. Check out his tweets below.

The actor admitted that Kishwer was at fault too and clearly stated that he was put off by the entire format of the show. His guts is admirable, considering the fact that he himself is seen in Comedy Nights Bachao, which is a show aired on Colors channel. We guess Wahi must have been truly irked as not only did he speak against his own channel but did that on a social media platform.

The actress rubbishes new reports claiming that she has quit Kumkum Bhagya due to a fallout with Balaji. Read this EXCLUSIVE story!

Whether Mrunal Thakur is still a part of Kumkum Bhagya or not, is a big question. There was a time when the actress was in the news for supposedly having quit the show. But Mrunal had cleared the rumours stating that she is very much a part of the series. Buzz is that the actress has quit the series for sure and that too because she had had a fallout with Balaji. An entertainment portal recently reported that Mrunal has already put down her papers and is serving her notice period on the show. The portal suggested that Mrunal has apparently called it quits as she feels she has little to contribute to the show, due to Abhi-Pragya’s(Shabbir Ahluwalia-Sriti Jha) track. The portal also reported that Mrunal was supposed to be a part of Star Plus’ upcoming mythological show Siya Ke Ram, but had to let go off the offer as Balaji wouldn’t let her go.

BollywoodLife got in touch with the actress and asked her to comment on stories regarding her exit from Kumkum Bhagya. “I don’t want to give any comments on this right now,” replied Mrunal. She added saying,”Please don’t quote me saying that Balaji didn’t allow me. It is actually not true. And there are these stupid articles coming up. No such thing happened. So it’s better not to make an issue out of this as I share a very good rapport with Balaji.”

The Bigg Boss 9 contestants went though hell yesterday, but it seems the pain is not yet over. The workers of the Bigg Boss hotel during the luxury budget task will be put to work again today and the guests including Rishabh Sinha, Ali Quli Mirza, Mandana Karimi and Sana Khan will see to it that they make their lives tougher.

The first request from Sana will make all the boys take of their shirts and get into the pool. There they will show of their body, but Sana is unimpressed. So, she will make some of the guys have a makeover, or crossover (if you know what I mean). The girls will also be told to get into the pool, but one worker doesn’t budge! Who is that? Rimi Sen. It seems she doesn’t want to do the task again.

Anyway, later on Suyyash Rai and Keith Sequeira will have to put up a dostana performance, while Aman Verma will have to go bald.

Though most of the tasks will be completed by the workers, a few of the contestants will not perform a few tasks. So, Bigg Boss will finally finish the task at the end of the day as Sana and Ali bid adieu to the house.

Bigg Boss will tell them that everyone except a few workers put up a good display, but they were unsuccessful in the task. They could not keep the guests happy and they did not maintain the 7 star status. Prince had also got into a very bad argument with a guest, Rishabh. So, It will be revealed that Mandana and Rishabh have won the task and Prince would be directly nominated for eliminations next week.

 The Lajwanti actresses got injured while shooting

Actress Ankita Sharma who has made her TV debut with Lajwanti on Zee TV recently suffered burns injuries during a key sequence. Apparently, she refused to use a double saying that it would not look authentic.

The current track in Lajwanti focuses on the Lahore riots and Sunderlal (Sid Makkar) and Lajjo (Ankita Sharma) are shown taking shelter inside their shop, which is their source of livelihood. A mob sets the shop on fire and she tries to save it risking her life.

As per reports, the production had suggested the use of a body double due to the risks involved but she was insistent. Ankita was wearing a velvet salwar suit which caused her a lot of discomfort with the intense heat. It led to rashes all over the body and she got burns on her shoulder. She later told an entertainment portal that she was in the best phase of her life, doing what she loved and earning appreciation from the viewers. Ankita wanted the show to look as authentic as possible. She was administered an ice pack and given medication but the rashes are there. The lady signed off saying that if there are some scars, she would say they are scars of achievement. The show, Lajwanti is based on famous novelist Rajinder Singh Bedi’s novel of the same name. It is a love story set in times of the Partition where Lajwanti who is married to Sunderlal has to face questions regarding her chastity after the division of the country. It airs on Zee TV.

He seemed pretty impressed with all the hard work I put in and made the offer when we were shooting for the climax scene a few months ago.”

What supposedly started off as a “horror” track in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has now becoming a comic one, thanks to a possessed Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) and a clueless Raman(Karan Patel). As we all know (unfortunately), Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) is dead in the show and her spirit has been entering Ishita’s body since several episodes now. From making Ishita flirt with Ashok in front of Raman, to acting violent with the Bhallas, Shagun has made Ishita do everything under the sun. In yesterday’s episode, Ishita was seen breaking her karva chauth fast, by munching on chicken legs! Ishita chewed on some serious tangdi, not giving a f**k to what the Bhallas said or did.

It wasn’t Ishita eating non-veg which was the funny part, but the accent she was speaking in. Ishita rolled her R’s and at the same time, pronounced the word ‘issue’ as ‘eeessuueee.’ She threatened the Bhallas, by beginning her sentences with ‘Hey you!’ Not to mention that Ishita also pronounced the word coward as ‘caaowarrd.’ She used this strange accent while speaking in Hindi as well and chose to say ‘jhaooooo’ instead of a simple ‘jao’ to the Bhallas. Even before making his entry, Puneet Vashist promises fireworks

It’s time for fireworks, folks! It looks like the makers of Bigg Boss 9 are seriously worried about the ‘boring’ tag that’s been given to the show this year. This is why two new entrants, Rishabh Sinha and Puneet Vashist have been roped in to create some excitement. From the looks of it, the drama quotient seems to have gone higher.

We have seen how the presence of Rishabh Sinha has irritated the housemates. The Veera actor said some corny lines to Rochelle Maria Rao, which vexed her no end. Suyyash Rai also broke down after he saw his girlfriend Kishwer Merchantt doing the fetch the bone task at Rishabh’s insistence.

However, this dramebaazi of Rishabh has not impressed the other wild card entrant, Puneet Vashist. Talking to an entertainment portal, he said, “The first thing, I intend to do once I enter the house is…To tell Rishabh Sinha that he behaves like a truck driver! He won’t get any work, once he is out of the house; if he continues like this.”

The actor promises fireworks inside the house and term the current list of inmates as shockingly boring. Puneet has acted in shows like Shastri Sisters, Savdhaan India, Adaalat, Fear Files to name a recent few. He has also been seen in films like Fanaa, Josh, Kya Kehna, Happy New Year and others. In the coming tracks, we will see Swara exiting the Maheshwari house after intimate pictures of her and Lakshya are manipulated and leaked to the family by her conniving sister, Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar). She will be shown exiting the house while Lakshya will cut his wrists to blackmail her into accepting him back into her life. This will depress Sanskaar. In turmoil, Swara will accept Lakshya’s proposal as she had agreed to do so if he proved her wrong. Then, she will be shown running to the temple to seek divine guidance on whom to choose – Lakshya or Sanskaar? Then, she will meet Salman who will give her some tips to choose the perfect man. He will also up her mood and they will dance to the title track of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. An excited Helly has posted a picture of her with the superstar on her Instagram account and a video of the same. We can see how excited she is in the small clip. Whether she will get back with Lakshya or Swasan will rule is the final question.

Manik and Harshad will be seen having a fight. But why? find out!

In the last episode, we saw Manik(Parth Samthaan) and Nandini(Niti Taylor) pranking a police officer. Nandini challenged Manik to steal the officer’s liquor bottles and the latter accepted. But Manik got caught and Nandini saved him, by putting up an act for the officer. Dhruv(Utkarsh Gupta) and Aaliya(Krissann Barretto) on the other hand were worried about how Manik would react to their current professions. Aaliya stated that her fashion career was finally shaping up and she wouldn’t be able to say no to Manik if he planned another gig. Dhruv agreed with her, stating that he wasn’t sure how Manik would react to his music videos, which are a hit. Meanwhile, Aryaman(Karan Jotwani) was seen opening up to Navya(Veebha Anand) and telling her that he felt out of place, now that Manik is back. Navya consoled him and ensured that he was very much a part of Fab 5 and wasn’t replacing anybody. Madhyam(Yuvraj Thakur) got an offer from a company to perform Fab 5′s song with the band for a commercial. Madhyam was in a fix and thought about the offer carefully. Later, Madhyam was seen lashing out at a phone company and Aryaman saw this. Mahdyam told Aryaman that he has no money to pay his phone bills and his credit cards have been blocked by GD.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Harshad returning to make life hell for Manik. He will be seen irking Manik and telling him that Madhyam has officially replaced him as the member of Fab 5. Manik will react and get violent with Harshad!

In the last episode, we saw Pragya(Sriti Jha) deceiving Abhi(Shabbir Ahluwalia) by making it look like she wasn’t keeping a karva chauth fast for Abhi, when in truth she was. She pretended to be hungry and ate in front of him, in order to execute her game plan. Later, Bulbul(Mrunal Thakur) and Purab(Arjit Taneja) were seen asking Pragya about the plan and whether she could execute it well. Pragya was seen lashing put at them and telling the two that this was not a joke and was incredibly hard for her to pull off. During the karva chauth ceremony, Pragya was slapped and insulted by her mother, in front of everyone. She called Pragya selfish, money minded and accused her of corrupting a sacred ceremony like karva chauth with her vile games. Pragya rushed to her room and broke down, stating that she has nothing to look forward to. She said her game plan has completely changed her and she’s not what she used to be. The episode ended with Pragya stating that she didn’t wish to live any more as there was no purpose to her life.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Abhi telling Pragya that she is an insult to him as a wife and doesn’t deserve to be his life partner. He will ask her to remove her kumkum! This will shock Pragya and she will decide to finally answer all of Abhi’s questions and defend herself as his wife.

The actor enjoyed a business cum pleasure trip in London

Actor-anchor Karan Tacker is one of the most recognized TV stars abroad. The handsome dude was invited as a guest on Strictly Dancing, the dance reality show that has inspired Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. He was seen with Elena Samodanova, who was his partner in JDJ. The sexy Russian dancer was a part of the show in India in 2014. Karan, who gained popularity after his role in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai made the most of his time in the bustling metropolis. He shot at the Elstree Studios in Herfordshire. He was quoted as saying, “It felt wonderful to be invited as a guest to Strictly Dancing. I also hosted the Asian Viewers Television Awards, so it was great to be doing things on a wide spectrum. The show was super fun seeing all the international contestants compete in person and brought back memories of my own as a contestant! Elena as always was super fun to be around with.”

The actor was also on a much deserved vacation with his family and spent some quality time with them. Karan soaked in the sights of London like Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, etc with his family. His younger sister, Sasha also accompanied him. Karan loves the city as he has been there since two to three years hosting award shows. The dishy dude posted a number of pictures on his Instagram account, where he was seen having a gala time with his parents and younger sister.
