Gizele Thakral who was evicted from the Bigg Boss9 house recently is disappointed that she did not get good number of votes to stay back. “There are so many other contestants who are weak and haven’t given any content, but I guess because I don’t have many fans, I did not get votes,” says Gizele. The model-turned-actress who will be seen in two upcoming sex comedies has shared screen space with Mandana Karimi in one film. And, yet the two had a lot of fights in the house. “That’s because Mandana is egotistic and can be easily manipulated. Priya (Malik) told her that I had an agenda and that is why I wanted to be friends with her, which Mandana believed. I realised that she was possessive because as soon as I stopped talking with Priya, she was good to me,” says Gizele. Nevertheless she is grateful to Mandana, who she says, was the only who helped her when she injured her leg. Ask her if she has sorted out things with Mandana and she quips, “It’s very difficult to do that because she is stubborn, but that’s her nature and I don’t blame her.”

When in the house, she was mercilessly teased for her fuller lips even by host Salman Khan. Did that make her conscious? “No, because I have been facing it since my school days as I am half-Portuguese and half-Malayalee. As for Salman even if he gives gaalis, mujhe accha lagta hai. When Shah Rukh Khan came on the show, Salman told him about my lips and both were talking about it, which is great. Salman has made my lips famous,” smiles Gizele who is now looking forward to the release of her upcoming films.

While we knew things weren’t okay between the two since quite some time! The couple has now legally decided to part ways by filing for divorce in court!

Confirms Nandish, “Rashami and I have had our ups and downs and it’s true that we are parting ways. She had filed the papers a year back but I convinced her to give it another shot. This time around when she again filed the papers, I did not resist. I’ve given our relationship my 100 percent but looks like it was something not meant to be.”

For all that we know, Rashami and Nandish have been married since 2011! The marriage which was nothing short of a roller-coaster ride first hit first hit a rocky patch in 2013. While Rashami’s well-wishers blamed Nandish’s philandering ways for the failure of their marriage, his friends believed the actress’ possessive nature caused the damage. However, they decided to give their marriage another shot by participating in the dance reality show Nach Baliye 7, but in vain. Rashami’s absence from recent important events — Nandish’s brother’s wedding in November and his birthday a few days ago further raised eyebrows.

That Kapil Sharma has a strong fan base is evident from the fact that a strong hate message is going across to Colors and its CEO Raj Nayak since the last two days on social media. Speculation is rife that Krushna Abhishek will be replacing Kapil on the show Comedy Nights With Kapil and it will be called Comedy Nights With Krushna. Kapil’s fans have been tweeting, “Shame On Raj Nayak Shame On Colors TV.”

Kapil is bidding adieu to the channel and the last episode of his show will be aired on January 17. The channel had earlier introduced another comedy show Comedy Nights Bachao, which has a bunch of stand-up comedians and actors teaming up for a roast of the celebrities who appear on the show. This didn’t go down well with Kapil who reportedly felt that the channel was promoting the other show and even the same celebrities were going on both, one of the reasons for him wrapping up his show.

Although an official confirmation on Krushna replacing Kapil is yet to be made. But Kapil had earlier opened up about him quitting the show saying “Yes, it’s true. We told them we would go off air in December, but since they didn’t have a replacement ready, they requested us to continue till January 17. We started on a good note and put in immense hard work to maintain the quality.”

The last week of the year 2015 is proving to be a tumultuous one for teenage heartthrob Parth Samthaan and producer Vikas Gupta. The two were very good friends and Parth considered Vikas as his mentor. However, their recent fall out has been a nasty one. The Kaisi Hai Yaariyan actor has accused Vikas of molestation, non-payment of dues and constant threats of ruining his career. The producer told BollywoodLife that it was a legal matter now and he had been prohibited from giving any statement to the media. Parth too has been avoiding the media.

We spoke to a few industry observers who told us on the condition of anonymity that the whatsapp scandal would have ruined any other actor’s career but Parth’s fan base is just too strong. However, it is a little too early to predict that as the entire details of the case i.e. allegations and proofs are yet to come out in the open.

In the mean time, the actor’s fans have hit out at Vikas Gupta on Twitter. The producer has been receiving a lot of hate mail. A representative of his (Parth) fan club have urged all his fans to be careful about what they post or tweet fearing that extra information might incriminate the actor. Fans have been requested to share extra information or pictures only on direct messaging groups. There are strict directions not to drag in the show’s main female lead, Niti Taylor into the matter. While the support for the actor is stunning, here is one tweet that completely blew us away. One of his fans urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to support the actor in this matter. We are sure many Bollywood superstars would give an arm and leg for this kind of fan mania.

With Sanskaar’s ex-flame, Kavita entering the show, get set for a love triangle

Dark secrets, revelations and buried feelings…there is a lot to look forward in the show in coming weeks.

Last night, we saw how Swara (Helly Shah) thwarted Ragini’s (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) attempt to blacken Annapurna’s (Shalini Kapoor) face before the family. We also saw Swara meeting the lady with whose photo Ragini and Dadi (Alka Kaushal) are blackmailing Durgaprasad. In the coming episodes, we will see Sanskaar (Varun Kapoor) trying to find out Ragini’s secret but she will hit him on the head.

Swara, in her detective mode will follow the woman and reach a hospital, where she will encounter Kavita (Nikita Sharma) in a hospital and bring her before the Maheshwari house. She was in coma for five years and has recently recovered. Durgaprasad and Sanskaar will be shocked to see her. Kavita will run and hug Sanskaar, who will hug her back. Swara will be disappointed on seeing this but will keep quiet as she knows the extent of his feelings for Kavita.

There are rumours that the veiled woman is the secret lover of Durgaprasad. However, there is also speculation that she is just someone who saw him with the dead body of Kavita and is blackmailing him. Viewers will be intrigued by questions like was Sanskaar unaware of her existence for long? Did he suddenly come to know of her being alive, which is why he hurt Swara so badly? Will she make an exit from Sanskaar’s life after knowing that Kavita is his first love?

Last night, we saw how Nirbhay (Mohit Abrol) made Ishaani (Radhika Madan) clean all the windows of the house. In the mean time, Ranveer (Shakti Arora) saves Naina (Aakanksha Juneja) from getting bitten by a dog. She will be drawn towards him. In the coming episodes, we will see the entire family going to an art exhibition. They will take Ishaani along. She will see the paintings and get a shock. Ranveer will also gift a painting to Naina and she will be impressed.

Nirbhay and Ritika (Smriti Khanna) will know that Ranveer is there in the exhibition while Ishaani will desperately try to look for him. Later, he will punish her for scouting for Ranveer by throwing her in the jungle, where she will be attacked by a lion. Ranveer will come there. Though she will feel his presence, she won’t be able to spot him. He will drive away the lion but Nirbhay and Ritika will ensure that she does not see Ranveer.

In the mean time, he is planning to get an entry into the Ahlawat household by impressing Naina. As per buzz, he will save her life the second time round on the show. After gaining a foothold there, he will start torturing Ishaani for betraying him. She is trying to release the locked woman in Nirbhay’s room, which is out of bounds for everyone. Will the family, especially Vikram help Ishaani?

Actors Rashami Desai and Karan Wahi will also add up the entertainment quotient on the romantic period drama

It looks like the New Year will bring in a lot of twists and turns in all shows. As of now, we are seeing how Sartaj (Vineet Sharma) and Avdesh Singh (Abhiram Nain) have joined hands to blackmail Rajmata (Anita Raaj). During the New Year, Rajmata will question Sartaj as to why he’s still in the palace. In a drunken state, he will blurt out everything much to her delight. In the mean time, Badi Rani Maa (Surekha Sikri) will make a return to the palace and insist on going on a hunger strike till Ranaji (Siddhant Karnick) forgives her. This will upset Gayatri (Drashti Dhami) who was working on her relationship with Ranaji.

Viewers of the show will also be treated to two special performances from Rashami Desai and Karan Wahi. The lovely actress will be shown doing a mujra for all the guests at a party thrown at the royal palace. Karan Wahi will be doing some Bollywood style dancing. Music, dance and entertainment will characterize this episode. Viewers will also look forward to a special dance between Gayatri and Ranaji. The latter revealed how nervous he was to shake a leg with Drashti, who is the winner of a reality dance show.

She will send the entire family to jail to save them from Ashok

There is a lot of turmoil in Ishita’s life in the coming episodes. Last night, we saw how Sarika Dhillon (Sarika Dhillon) gave Raman (Karan Patel) poison. However Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Romi (Aly Goni) managed to rescue him in the nick of time. We also saw Ishita’s doubt on Sarika intensifying after she heard Ashok’s (Sangram Singh) conversation with her. In the mean time, Sarika filled Mrs Bhalla’s ears against Ishita and Shagun and how they have betrayed the entire family. Mrs Bhalla gets angered with the developments.

In the coming episodes, we will see Mrs Bhalla throwing Ishita out of the house. Mrs Iyer will also close doors on her. She will have no option but to move out. Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) will come to her aid. Then, we will see her bringing the police to Bhalla house. She will accuse them of domestic violence and get them arrested. Everyone will be shocked, including Raman. Through this, she will take help to trap Sarika and Ashok and put them behind the bars.

In the mean time, the cast and crew of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has fallen ill due to the work load and Mumbai climate. Many of them fell ill after the crocodile episode where the lead actors had to stay underwater. There is no bank in place, which is why the cast and crew is facing this problem. People are singing praises of the leads, who have been shooting non-stop.

 Actor Nandish Sandhu clarifies on his relationship with Ankita Shorey and says she is not responsible for his divorce

Fans of Uttaran were very happy when Rashami Desai (Tapasya) and Nandish Sandhu (Veer) tied the knot in real life. However, their union was far from blissful with rumours of strife ruling the roost. The news of them separating and divorcing did not come as a surprise but actor’s reported affair with beauty queen Ankita Shorey was a shocker for many, who were unaware of this alleged angle.

The couple had been having issues from the start of their marriage. They were living apart since three years. Sources say the actor tried to make amends but she opted to live alone. She filed for divorce last year and again this year in September.

In a statement, Nandish told us, “I am not dating Ankita Shorey. In fact I am not dating anyone currently. Whenever I get into a relationship I will be vocal about it and not hide it as has always been that way for me. Rashmi asked for a divorce last year when she sent me a notice. We got together for Nach Baliye and decided to give our marriage one more chance. Things got better but post Nach Baliye this year on September 23, she again approached me for a divorce and we mutually decided to finally part ways.”

Elaborating on his relationship with Ankita, he says, “I met Ankita at a common friend’s birthday party in October end this year. We have a lot of friends in common and so bumped into each other a couple of times and hence she became like one of my other industry friends. How can a girl whom I met in October end this year be responsible for a divorce that was decided on September 23? I have consented for a divorce not because there is someone else in my life, but because I have tried my 100 percent and I have really given our marriage the best shot possible.”

Here are the last BARC Ratings for the year 2015. This week we saw Colors take the top slot amongst channels with a consistent rating of 725 million in one week. Zee Anmol was on the second place while Star Plus took the third spot. The suspense in the supernatural drama, Naagin made it the highest watched show for three straight weeks.

The coming together of the two superstars brought a lot of cheer to the Bigg Boss ratings!

It was a historic moment. Viewers of Bigg Boss 9 were in for a treat as superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan shared the same stage on a show after reviving their friendship. King Khan had come to promote his film Dilwale with his co-star Kajol in tow. Not surprising, that particular weekend got a high TRP of 2.9 as per BARC Ratings of Week 51. It is one of the highest scores for this season and the channel is delighted. In fact, Colors was also the No.1 channel for Week 51. The past few weekends had numbers like 2.7, 1.9, 2.1 and 2.3. This latest figure has clearly beaten them all. It is almost as high as the launch episode.

The episode was a super entertaining one with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan regaling everyone with anecdotes from their Karan Arjun days. Viewers were happy to know how close the two actors actually were. They also danced on stage on songs. However, the best part was when Kajol joined them for a game of dumb charades. Inside the house, SRK and Kajol got a warm hug from the housemates. All the girls were dressed to the nines for King Khan.

The excitement in Bigg Boss 9 has got bigger since the entry of wild cards like Priya Malik, Nora Fatehi and Rishabh Sinha. Ugly spats, romance and groupism have ruled the roost. With the show enroute to the finale, we have to wait and watch if such numbers will be repeated again.

There is a bouquet of shows lined up in 2016 for TV viewers

From the supernatural to family dramas and comedy, there is a lot in store for viewers this year. We are delighted to know that Hip Hip Hurray is coming with a third season and the talented Pearl V Puri and Hiba Nawab will be back on screen with Meri Sasu Maa. Moreover, there is a power-packed season two of 24 in the offing. Here is a lowdown.

Silsila Pyar Ka (Star Plus)
From the stables of Rashmi Sharma Productions, Silsila Pyar Ka talks about a dominating mother Janki Tiwari’s (Shilpa Shirodkar) changing equation with her son, Raunak (Abhay Vakil) after he falls in love with Kajal (Chhavi Pandey). It will replace Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan.

Krishnadasi (Colors)
There is buzz that this show will replace Naagin in 2016. It talks about Tulsi, who is a devotee of Lord Krishna. Sana Amin Sheikh will be playing the lead role with Chhavi Mittal and Indira Krishnan in strong supporting characters. Chhavi will be a Krishnadasi who has a feud with the Thakur family. It is presented by Kutty Padmini, Optimystix Productions and Colors. The male lead is yet to be fixed. It will go on air from end of January.

Meri Sasu Maa (Zee TV)
A family drama, Meri Sasu Maa will star Pearl V Puri and Hiba Nawab as leads. It is expected to take the place of Qubool Hai from the third week of January. The show talks about Pari (Hiba Nawab), a motherless girl who hopes to find her a mother in her mother-in-law. It is in the comedy genre.

Ek Chutki Sindoor (Life Ok)
Set in a Bengali milieu, it talks about the struggles of a middle-class girl, played by Aalisha Panwar who has to deal with the shadows of her husband’s past. Vatsal Sheth is the main lead of the show. It will go on air in January end or February.

Sita Bhawan (Life Ok)
This show will go on air from March or April on the channel. It will mark the comeback of the gorgeous Kanchi Singh on TV. Sita Bhawan is produced by Khalid Hashmi Production and is a love story.

Mission Sapne 2 (Colors)
The first season had celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Harbhajan Singh and others. This year, we will see personalities like Arjun Kapoor, Manish Paul and Vidya Balan living the life of a common man in this reality show. It might replace Bigg Boss 9 or Naagin.

Saubhagyalakshmi (&TV)
This Rashmi Sharma show will be back in an all-new look with Sara Khan, Abigail Jain and Neelam Sylvia. Bollywood actress Sheeba will also be seen on the show. It will talk about the next generation i.e. Pavitra (Sara Khan) and Divya’s (Anupriya Kapoor) daughters.

24 Season 2 (Colors)
Earlier, we saw Jai Singh Rathore (Anil Kapoor) protecting the prime minister, this time he will be in charge of the country’s future. Directed by Abhinay Deo, the thrill, drama and style quotient is expected to be a lot higher. It will start from March.

Woh Teri Bhabhi Hain Paglein (SAB TV)
If you are an Ali Asghar fan you cannot miss this one. He will play the role of a tapori Nathu Nakanadi while Ather Habib will be a businessman. They will try to woo the same girl in different ways. It will replace Yam Hain Hum.

Hip Hip Hurray Season 3 (Zee TV)
Anshuman Malhotra is finalized as one of the leads of the show. It will focus on the lives of teens and deal with issues like peer pressure, sexuality, competition, friendships and so on. It is one of the most loved teen shows of TV and we are eager for this one!

Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 (Colors)
With the dashing Arjun Kapoor as its host, this season is shot in the beautiful locales of Argentina. With celebs like Vivian Dsena, Siddharth Shukla, Tanishaa Mukerji and Sana Saeed in the fray it’s going to be hot on excitement and glamour.

Tamanna (Star Plus)
The show will talk about a young girl from a small village who wants to break social taboos to become a cricketer. The first episode details are yet to be revealed.

Followers of Dera Sacha Sauda lodge a police complaint in Fatehabad

Now, this is not a laughing matter. TV actor Kiku Sharda who is loved by the audience as Palak and Laccha in Kapil Sharma‘s famous show, Comedy Nights with Kapil has found himself on the wrong side of law. The Haryana police have registered a case against him after complaints by followers of Dera Sacha Sauda that the star comedian has hurt their sentiments. The headquarters of the sect is located at Sirsa, Haryana. He has been booked under section 295 A of the Indian Penal Code that charges individuals for hurting outraging religious feelings of any class by insulting it’s religion or religious belief.

Sharda reportedly hurt their feelings by imitating their sect head, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on a special New Year programme on TV. The protestors had created a huge ruckus outside the Fatehabad Police Station and a heavily armed force was sent to that area. They also blocked the main roads leading to traffic congestion and chaos.

Regretting his actions, Kiku took to Twitter and expressed his apologies but the members of the sect are in no mood to listen.

After Icchadhari Naagin, we will get to see Icchadhari Nevla on the supernatural drama

Yes, guys you read that right! We have seen actor Rajat Tokas mostly in the royal garb. He is the performer, who is known for his intense acting in Prithviraj Chauhan and Jodha Akbar. Rajat was on a break after Jodha Akbar shut shop in July. He will be soon seen as an Icchadhari Nevla (mongoose) in Naagin. We guess that playing a regular guy is not just in Rajat’s kismet! As per a leading daily, he will be an Icchadhari Nevla (mongoose) cursed to stay in that same body. He will be able to free himself from the spell only if he kills an Icchadhari Naagin.

He will be shown creating a lot of havoc in the lives of Shivaanya (Mouni Roy), Ritik (Arjun Bijlani) and Shesha (Adaa Khan). We are yet to discover whether he will be employed to kill Shivaanya and Shesha or is there a mystery linked to his story.

In the coming episodes, Shivaanya and Ritik will go to the mansion in Devdi where she will try to discover the secret, which is linked to the murder of her parents.

In the last episode, we saw how Shivaanya pleaded before Kali Maa (Lavina Tandon) to spare her life and that of her ilk. She said she was not wrong in seeking vengeance from her parents’ murderers and that she should support the truth. Incidentally, Lavina was also a part of Jodhaa Akbar. The coming episodes are touted to be more exciting.

Talk about killer looks. TV hottie Anita Hassanandani has a legion of fans that go gaga over the beauty. And well, she just slaughtered them before the New Year. The singer-composer says it has been a life-changing experience for him

State of wow. This is how singer-composer, Adnan Sami described his mental state after receiving the citizenship certificate from Minister of State for Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju. Talking to a leading daily, he said, “One half-hour ceremony can change your life. I’ve got the biggest gift on the first day of the new year.” The singer had applied for citizenship way back in 2003 but it materialized now. He reiterated that he always felt at home in India. “Dil kab se yahan baith gaya tha, this is where I’ve always been really happy. The Haryanvi businessman will get upset on seeing Ishaani wearing his dead wife’s saree

There is more trouble in store for Ishaani. In the coming episodes of Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, we will see that Ishaani (Radhika Madan) is very disappointed that the prospective suitor turned down Naina (Aakanksha Juneja) and fell for her instead. She will try to cheer up Naina by dancing for her. Ishaani will be shown wearing a green sari that belonged to Nirbhay’s (Mohit Abrol) wife. Naina will cheer up with her dance.

However, Nirbhay will come to the room and get furious on seeing her dance in that sari. He will slap her hard and as per buzz tear off the sari from her body. Ishaani will fall on one corner of the room. Then, it seems Naina will get up on her feet much to the amazement of Nirbhay. He will then go to Ishaani apologise and cover her with a blanket. Will this soften Nirbhay’s stance towards Ishaani?

In the mean time, Ranveer (Shakti Arora) is making plans of how to gain entry into the Ahlawat household. Naina is already quite taken in by him and he will try to further his relationship with her in the coming episodes. There is a sequence where Naina would be about to fall from a height and Ranveer would rush and rescue her.

His only aim is to get close to Ishaani to avenge his supposed betrayal. In the coming episodes, she will also try to unmask the reason why Nirbhay hates Ranveer so much. Viewers are waiting for the two to come face to face.

Here’s what happened today in the Bigg Boss 9 house!

This week sure was an exciting one for all the Bigg Boss 9 contestants. First was Salman Khan’s birthday that became an exciting event at the house with all the contestants doing special things for Bhai. But while several people had a fun time, the eliminations were of course inevitable and while everyone had a gala time, Gizele Thakral got evicted from the house. Today again Bhai celebrated New Year’s with his Bigg Boss 9 contestants with a nice performance. Salman made a grand entry as usual and wished all the house members a happy new year.

#Salman announces that there will be double evictions! 

None of the contestants are aware that Salman Khan has planned for double evictions. While all the contestants only know of one eviction that is to take place today, Salman reveals that there will be two which the housemates don’t know about. But they’ll know tomorrow as another contestant will be evicted from the house.

#Mandana Karimi says that she is smarter than the other housemates

The whole discussion about Mandana’s aggressive behaviour comes to surface where all the other housemates say how Mandana treats them inferior to her. Salman reasons out with Mandana over the issue and tells her to remember that she is not smart and should not cross the line. Mandana however, calls herself smarter than the other housemates when she justifies her act.

#Nora Fatehi and Rishab Sinha have a fight

Nora and Rishab engage in a serious argument which leads to a fight because she gets offended by Rishab’s statement. Nora doesn’t like the fact that Rishab Sinha comments on her personal life and talks about how far she will reach in life. This doesn’t go down well with her and hence starts a heated argument.

#Prince Narula and Nora Fatehi accept their feelings for each other

A little prodding by Salman Khan results in Nora and Prince owning to the fact that they like each other. They also speak about how much they mean to each other and Salman jokes that if Nora leaves and a wild card entry walks in how things will pan out.

Sunny Deol makes an appearance in the show to promote his upcoming film, Ghayal Once Again. The actors are seen dancing to the tunes of Saath Samundar and while the duo bond, even the contestants of the house are excited to see Sunny.

While all the talks of how Prince’s game has changed since he has gotten close to Nora become the topic of discussion, Salman Khan ends the discussion and the show for the day by announcing Nora as the contestant who gets evicted from the house. Looks like two hearts are going to be broken at the Bigg Boss house this weekend. Salman Khan in yesterday’s episode revealed how instead of one, two contestants will be evicted from the house. Well, in the same episode, Salman also announced that Nora Fatehi has been asked to leave the Bigg Boss house. But a little birdie just told us that even Suyyash Rai will also be evicted from the house in today’s episode. In yesterday’s episode, we saw how the housemates and Salman too gave Mandana a peace of their mind that she cannot treat them inferior to them. Also, Rishab and Nora get into a huge fight in the house. What started as a small argument turned into a big fight where Nora accused Rishab of talking about her personal life which didn’t go down wel with her.

Well, that surely didn’t help her because she got evicted and there were lots of tears shed by Prince for his lady love had to leave the house. But turns out that even Kishwer’s bae Suyyash Rai will be evicted in tonight’s episode. Another teary episode is on it’s way folks! This time Suyyash’s close friends and girlfriend Kishwer are going to shed some tears for his eviction. With only three weeks to go for the show to come to an end, things sure are spicing up in the Bigg Boss house. We wonder what more drama is set to unfold in the coming weeks.
