More mysteries unfold as Sesha finds out who the Icchaddhari Morni is!

This week’s episode of Naagin saw major revelations that will come as a huge relief for the ones who watch the show regularly. So with the entry of Mayuri, Shesha and Shivanya sense a strange presence in the house which they cannot make sense of, Mayuri on the other hand tries to convince Yamini that the threat she is facing from the supernatural beings is none other than someone from her family.

Yesterday’s episode ended with Yamini’s husband threatening her to reveal her identity as the fifth murdered and Ritik finally getting hold of the Ichhardhari naagmani. While today Sesha finds a peacock feather in the house and figures out the reason for her and Shivanya’s plight. What follows is a gruesome fight between Icchadhari Morni and Sesha. However she spares her life in the end as Sesha is the only source to naagmani and they need that to end the entire fiasco.

Meanwhile the issues between Shivanya and Ritik end as the two patch up in this episode. In the precap Yamini asks Mayuri for the reason she didn’t kill Sesha and she replies by saying that Sesha’s life is very important if they want to reach the naagmani.

The hot actor has proved his acting chops on TV with an interesting repertoire of shows!

We are sure zillions of girls must have seen Fawad Khan as Zaroon Junaid in Zindagi Gulzar Hai. The actor is pitch perfect as the rich college student who falls for a hot-headed, cynical and independent-minded young girl, Kashaf Murtuza (Sanam Saeed) belonging to a economically lower strata of society. He fights the ‘spoilt brat’ stereotype that Kashaf has of him and finally wins her love. The trials and tribulations faced by them and how love overcomes them is what Zindagi Gulzar Hai is all about. The lead actors are in fine form and a special mention for Samina Peerzada, who is superb as Kashaf’s mom, Rafiya. Fawad looks like a dream, flirts a little and as such smolders in every frame

Behadd

This tele-film had a re-run on Zee’s Zindagi and it was not tough to know why it was so popular. For us, the mere sight of Fawad Afzal Khan in a grey linen suit and glares walking out of a car was enough (seriously!). Keeping aside the hotness, Behadd had Fawad in the role of Jamal aka Jo who develops a deep bond with an older woman, Masooma (Nadia Jamil) and her 15-year-old daughter Maha (Sajal Ali). Things take a turn for the worse when Maha does something unimaginable. Fawad’s portrayal of the charming, successful, individualistic and caring Jamal was heart-warming. And he looked super hot in every frame.

Humsafar

Fawad Khan wowed everyone as Asher in this story of love, marriage, trust and betrayal. The actor’s fabulous chemistry with Mahira Khan who played Khirad endeared him to audiences across India. Humsafar was also a widely watched show, especially amongst the female audience.

Dastaan

This partition drama was also much-appreciated by critics. It aired as Waqt Ne Kiya Kya Haseen Sitam in India. The actor swept all the Best Actor awards with his role of Hassan, who supports the formation of Pakistan during the Independence. His chemistry with Sanam Baloch was loved by all.

Numm

A social drama, Numm spoke about the ritual of Vani in a feudal system and how it affects the married life of the three main protagonists. Fawad Khan played an Oxford returned graduate on the show. It was a strongly-written show and a meaningful one.

It seems that things are getting murkier for the Television actress…

Shilpa Shinde has been in the news since a few days now after she was sent a legal notice by the producer of her TV show, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai. The producer – Binaifer Kohli, had alleged that the TV star has broken her exclusive contract with them as she signed for The Kapil Sharma Show. And though Shilpa Shinde claims she is innocent, things might not be going her way as The Cine & TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) budged in to sort this issue. We now hear that even though the producer is still willing to take Shilpa back on the show, the actress has decided not to come back.

She has decided that she wants to be part of The Kapil Sharma Show only, but what is surprising is that neither Sony TV nor Kapil Sharma have confirmed her presence on the new show. Still, Shilpa has been claiming that she will be be a part of the new comedy show.

But, it might never happen. Why? A source from CINTAA explained, “The Cine & TV Artistes Association had categorically ordered Shilpa to return to the sets on Monday. They had done so after listening to both parties’ problems. Since Shilpa already is bound by contract for Bhabi Ji, the governing association asked her to resume shooting for the show immediately. Now that Shilpa didn’t turn up, she might have to face dire consequences. A legal proceeding is underway and till the time that issue is sorted, Shilpa won’t be allowed to sign anything else. That also means that she might not be a part of The Kapil Sharma Show until and unless both the parties involved come to a solution.”

So, currently Shilpa is in a huge fix. She might not only lose Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, but also The Kapil Sharma Show unless and until she clears all this mess. On the occasion of World Water Day, some of our TV celebs have some tips for water conservation

The issue of water scarcity is a prominent one all over the world. Mumbai city has also been facing water cuts quite often. On the occasion of World Water Day, celebs talk about how saving water is crucial for the future.

Gunjan Utrreja
Shorter showers I think help in saving water. My mother enjoys gardening and I had often seen her using the water which we use for cleaning vegetables in later watering the plants. By doing this, we reduce water consumption massively. On a daily basis if we consider the smallest of actions such as reusing the water used for washing clothes for cleaning our vehicles, checking our house for leaking taps and not leaving the taps running while brushing our teeth are a few of the many measures we could take as responsible individuals.

Krishna Gokani
I believe in the conservation of water. Recycling of water is important too. I don’t wash my hands thousand times and I never leave taps open and ensure that my house help also takes care of it. I feel we should play waterless Holi as it is sheer waste of water on Holi.

Shivin Narang
Water saving is a necessity be it Mumbai, Delhi or any other city. I will ensure that my cook and servants don’t waste water in any way and always close taps. I feel we should use water with care instead of using it without thinking and we should ensure water doesn’t overflow out of buckets due to taps being left open.

Mrunal Jain
I will bath with one bucket water instead of shower for a month. I feel everyone should bathe with one bucket of water per day per bath. Water conservation should begin from your home. One should also use recycled water for gardening and in toilets as well.

I have faced water crisis in my building. I use the water used for washing vegetables in my potted plants. I also feel one should not use excess water while getting the car cleaned.

Shashank Vyas
I am very particular about the use of water. I ensure that water taps and pipes don’t leak anywhere be it my home or gym. Whenever, I see water overflowing or open taps I close them instantly. I also feel we shouldn’t spend excessive water in bathing. We should use water carefully. Everyone’s initiative will help. After all, boond boond se ghada bharta hai.

Though it sounds unbelievable, the lady will enter the lockup to replace Sanskaar!

Swara’s (Helly Shah) detective skills will be on full display in the coming episodes of Swaragini. She will find out about House No.211 which belonged to Durgaprasad’s partner, Malhotra. She will discover that the girl Tania who was sent to remand home has left the place. She has returned back to Kolkata. When Swara comes to that place she finds a girl brutally injured. Before dying, the girl reveals that she is Kavya. On hearing this, Swara gets confused as she believes that Tania took on the name of Kavya (Roop Durgapal) to seek revenge from the Maheshwari family. Is she is really Kavya then where is Tania?

In the mean time, Swara will need Sanskaar’s (Varun Kapoor) help in finding clues, so in order to take him out of jail, Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) and Swara come up with a plan. She dresses up as Sanskaar and replaces him in custody (Yes, it’s true!) so that he can come out and assist Swara. There, Lakshya (Namish Taneja) will assume her to be Sanskaar and confess what a mistake he made in choosing Kavya over Ragini. He will cry on her shoulders. Ragini and Lakshya will share some emotional moments.

Helly Shah is back from her break and is again on full detective mode. Fans of RagLak are also celebrating as Lakshya will eventually fall in love with Ragini. Stay tuned for more updates…

The newly turned film producer rang in her birthday in style!

A galaxy of stars attended producer Rashmi Sharma’s birthday bash, which was held in a five-star hotel in the suburbs. The lady wore a dazzling beige gold gown with embellishments on her special day. Given her company was her husband and director, Pawan who opted for a traditional outfit. Amongst the stars, Aroona Irani and Helly Shah were amongst the first to arrive at the bash. The Swaragini actress wore a striped maxi dress with dazzling hoops. Shilpa Shirodkar was the next to arrive in a black and gold outfit. Helly’s co-star Varun Kapoor was also one of the early birds at the do. He was accompanied by his wife, Dhanya who wore a white bandage dress.

Sara Khan walked in with Sayantani Ghosh. The latter looked extremely colourful in an ethnic ensemble. We loved her mirror work studded jacket. Dheeraj Dhoopar aka Prem of Sasural Simar Ka and Saath Nibhaana Saathiya’s Mohammad Nazim kept in semi-casual. The venue was decorated with lights and a group of singers kept the guests entertained throughout the night.

Rashmi Sharma, the producer behind successful shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Swaragini, Sarojini, Jai Santoshi Maa and others has ventured into film production with Pink. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan and is co-produced by Shoojit Sircar. It stars Taapsee Pannu besides Big B. It is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.

Things will get worse for Nidhi in the coming episodes!

We saw how the Bhalla family celebrated Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and Shagun’s (Anita Hassanandani) godh bharai with great festivity. In the coming episodes, Nidhi (Pavitra Punia) will want to do the Holika dahan pooja with Raman (Karan Patel) but Ruhi (Ruhanika Dhawan) will prevent it. She will place her doll on the stairs and Nidhi will trip over. Nidhi will fracture her leg and won’t be able to perform the pooja. Raman will do it with Ishita.

On the other hand, Nidhi will spot Shanaya (Divyanka Tripathi) trying to get intimate with Raman in a hotel room. She will be furious and try to prevent them from coming closer. As we know, Raman and Ishita are working together to expose Nidhi.

In the coming episodes, we will see Nidhi telling Sarika (Sarika Dhillon) how she trapped Ishita to marry Raman. There is a lot of drama on the show as well as some sweet moments as the Bhalla family is reunited with Ishita.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is all set for a leap. In the coming months, reports are we will see Raman and Ishita separated from one another. He will apparently be married to Nidhi. Ruhi will grow up and become Ruhaan, a tomboy in jeans and jackets. She will start hating her Ishi Maa. Fans of little Ruhi need not be disappointed as the makers will retain her as IshRa’s surrogate baby.

The Holi celebrations on Colors is a star-studded one!

Besides the usual colours and revelry, Holi celebrations across channels are going to be starry ones. Colors will be airing its Holi special today evening with performances from Mouni Roy, Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar, Shravan Reddy, Adaa Khan and others. Actors Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan are also a part of the celebrations.

Amongst the performances, actress Mouni Roy who plays Shivaanya in Naagin will do the tandav. The actress has donned a sari in Maharashtrian style and looks fierce yet graceful.

Revenge, suspense and romance have made Naagin a heady concoction on TV. With the series coming to an end in May, the makers are sparing no efforts to keep the TRPs high. Last week, we saw the entry of the Icchadhari morni (Madhura Naik) who was trying her best to seduce Ritik (Arjun Bijlani). Likewise, Yamini (Sudha Chandran) also came to know that Shivaanya (Mouni Roy) is a Naagin. Shesha (Adaa Khan) and Morni also had a huge fight in which she was fatally injured. However, she spares her as Shesha is the key to get the coveted naagmani.

In the coming episodes, Yamini will plan to get Shesha married to Ritik. She will try to get a confession out of her that she loves her son. Shesha will deny but will finally blurt out that she feels for him. We will also see a steamy sequence between Shesha and Ritik, which will be her imagination, of course. She will lead Yamini and Gurumaa (Kamalika Guha Thakurta) to the naagmani when Shivaanya will intervene. The two will have a fight and she will reportedly kill her sister.

There were stories of how the Saraswatichandra actress got emotional when she found out that she had to perform on a song from Karan Singh Grover’s Hate Story 3

Recently, a news report was doing the rounds that Jennifer Winget broke down while shooting for a special Holi episode for a channel. The reason being the actress was asked to dance on the song, Tu Ishq Mera from Hate Story 3. As everyone knows, Hate Story 3 starred Karan Singh Grover, Jennifer’s ex-husband. The couple separated in 2014 December. There were stories of how Karan’s reported infidelity was the reason behind the couple’s relationship getting terminated.

As per the report, the actress refused to perform on that particular song. However, she relented after the organisers requested her. It further said that she was emotional while shooting for the song but gave a successful performance nevertheless.

BollywoodLife got in touch with Jennifer and she said, “I don’t know how false stories can do the rounds. It is absolute rubbish.” She also joked that the news of her breaking down had made her laugh so much that she actually got cramps in her stomach.

Incidentally, the actress and her ex-husband just missed each other at a style awards function held in the city. Cricket matches can be volatile affairs. We have often seen our actors turned cricketers losing it during the ongoing Box Cricket League matches. As per reports, an ugly spat happened between Karan Wahi and Ameesha Patel at a match between Ambersariye Hawks and Royal Patialvis, two teams of the Punjab BCL. It happened at a match that took place 10 days ago. Apparently, things got heated and Ameesha called Karan a pu**y. When we got in touch with the actor and anchor, he said, “Yeh kahan se kahaniya aa rahi hain. Agar aisa auch hota toh next day news aati naa. Yeh match dus din pehle hua tha. Yaar, BCL ke match mein koi gali galoj kyun karega. I don’t know from where these stories crop up.”

We also spoke to Karan’s team-mate and buddy, Suyyash Rai. He said, “See, arguments are bound to happen in a match. Ameesha did not abuse us or Karan. Yes, things were competitive and she told us to play like gentlemen. Cricket is a gentleman’s game and should be played in that spirit. She did lose her cool but was pacified later on. I did not hear her calling Karan a pu**y.”

The Ambersariye Hawks team is one of the most popular ones in the Punjab BCL. It has players like Karan Wahi, Bharti Singh, Barun Sobti, Suyyash Rai and Kishwer Merchantt.

The actress has confirmed that she is being cast opposite the TV hunk

Well, fans of Vivian Dsena have a lot to look forward to in the coming months. The actor is making a comeback on TV with a drama that has a strong romantic angle. The show will reportedly replace Balika Vadhu on Colors. It is a story of two sisters who fall in love with the same man.

Initially, Shivani Tomar was rumoured to be cast opposite Vivian. However, that did not materialize and she is now with Barun Sobti in the upcoming show, Satya Ki Kiran. The next name doing the rounds was that of Shivya Pathania, the Humsafars actress.

The Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se actress will play the much-loved role of Roli

Sasural Simar Ka is one of the most successful long-running TV shows. And one of its most-loved characters is Roli. Actress Avika Gor who played the character gained a lot of popularity with audiences. It was her second show after Balika Vadhu. However, it is time to bid adieu to Avika as her contract with the makers has come to an end. The actress now wants to concentrate on her film career down South.

There is buzz that cops will discover that Ragini has replaced Sanskaar in jail

In the coming episodes, we will see Ragini entering the jail in place of Sanskaar. Yes, in tonight’s episode, we will see Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar) planning to rescue Sanskaar (Varun Kapoor) from jail. The ladies will create a smoke effect outside the premises, which will lead to false fire alarm. Everyone will run from there and in the confusion, Ragini will enter the jail to replace him.

In last night’s episode, we saw how Ragini came face to face with Tania Malhotra. As per the episode, it seems like Tania and Kavya (Roop Durgapal) swapped identities at the juvenile centre. Fans have pointed out that it is quite similar to the American series Revenge.

In the coming episodes, it seems like Ragini’s plan will be exposed. In the mean time, Swara will try to solve the mystery of the real Tania Malhotra.

The Kumkum Bhagya actor became a father second time round in February

A few days ago, Kanchi Kaul had shared the first picture of her newborn son. However we could only see his fist. Fans of the couple who were dying to get a look of the kid got a Holi treat as daddy Shabbir Ahluwalia shared a super cute snap of the infant on Instagram. It was accompanied by a cute message on the joys of fatherhood. This is the first time we are getting to see the face of the munchkin and he is every bit adorable.

The couple who are married for more than three years now have a one-year-old son Azai. This is their second child. It was reported that Shabbir and Kanchi were keen to have a daughter but destiny had other plans. Their second kid was a son as well.

Shabbir was the perfect would-be dad during his wife’s pregnancy taking care of her and showering his TLC. As per reports, Kanchi is keen to get back into acting as soon as possible. This is why the couple did not have a long gap between the two kids the report stated.

The Love Shagun actor gets candid about his Holi celebrations

Actor Anuj Sachdeva who rose to fame with his role in Sabki Laadli Bebo will soon be seen in Love Shagun. It is the actor’s first film as a main lead. Known as one of the best looking men in the industry, Anuj is the quintessential Punjabi munda. In a candid interview, he reveals that he has played reasonably clean Holis so far. While we would expect that a hottie like him would get a lot of female attention during this festival of unabashed revelry, Anuj says that girls avoided him because he was perceived as shy and somewhat khadoos (laughs).

The actor celebrated Holi with children from an NGO. It was a fun-filled party where he grooved with the kids on songs like Aaj Ki Party, Selfie Le Le Re, Sunny Sunny, London Thumakda to name a few. The kids had a gala time showing off their moves to Anuj who motivated them to the hilt. They also doused him in colours. The actor is aware of the water cuts across India and urged everyone to take the message of water conservation seriously and play with dry colours only. He also said it was uncool to apply strong colours on animals as it caused them rashes. A eco-friendly and pet-friendly Holi was the actor’s message. There is no doubt that Ki and Ka is one of the most-awaited films of the year. The unique concept and the fabulous chemistry between Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan has caught everyone’s attention. Bebo looked like a vision in a white ensemble while Arjun opted for a bold red colour. The actress had opted for a layered Payal Pratap suit with gold jootis and a chunky necklace. The actor did not wear heels though!

Keeping with the mood of the film, Krushna Abhishek made Arjun do some washing on the sets while Kareena had all the fun. Upasna Singh as usual flirted with the Ishaqzaade actor and he lifted her up in his arms. We are sure many girls would give everything to be in Upasna’s shoes.

She will get along with members of the tribe to teach Ankush Raheja a lesson

In the coming episodes of Naagin, we will see Shivaanya (Mouni Roy) in a beautiful avatar. Yes, the gorgeous actress will be dressed up as a Banjaran (nomadic avatar) in a yellow bandhni lehenga-choli with chunky silver jewellery. The actress will leave the Raheja house and lure Raheja to come behind her. He will follow her and reach a village where all the women would be dressed identically. Shivaanya will be in a yellow outfit and tell the women that he tried to misbehave with her. The womenfolk will then put red chilli powder on Ankush and beat him up. She will think that he does not have the protective ring given by Gurumaa (Kamalika Guha Thakurta) but he will be donning it on his shoulder.

As per speculation, the next person on target of Shivaanya is Ankush Raheja. She is unaware that Yamini (Sudha Chandran) is the fifth killer so far. The coming episodes are action-packed as Yamini will instigate Shesha (Adaa Khan) against Shivaanya. We will see Shesha dreaming of an intimate sequence with Ritik (Arjun Bijlani). The Morni (Madhura Naik) will tell Yamini to spare Shesha so that they can reach to the Naagmani.
