Missing the sizzling chemistry between Arnav Singh Raizada and Khushi Kumari Gupta? Well, here’s a Diwali treat that will every fan get up and say Yay! Ever since Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon went off air in November 2012, fanatics of the show have been badgering the makers about a new second season with the same cast. Well, they might not get to see a second season but they have decided to shoot for a special episode that will have the entire cast reminiscing about the good old times. The loveable jodi of Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani will also be there. It will be telecast on Hotstar on November 30.

As TV viewers will know, IPKKD was a cult show. Though it is almost three years since it went off air, fans are still crazy about the lead pair. IPKKD was a love story between the flamboyant ruthless businessman Arnav Singh Raizada and the simple-hearted Khushi. It catapulted its lead actors to instant stardom, especially Barun Sobti, who is a rage amongst women. When Barun had quit the show, fans had reacted strongly demanding his return. When that did not happen, the producers had to wind it up. The second season with a new lead could not match the success of the first one.

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon is now being telecast in Dubai as Min Annazrah Thani. IPKKD has a huge following online and on social networking sites. There are fan clubs dedicated to the two.

The two actresses will be the first to share a kiss on a fiction show on Indian TV. Here’s what Madhura had to say about the scene…

When it comes to Indian TV shows shooting a consummation scene is a matter of great debate for makers. No wonder, even married couples on TV take 18-20 months to create some ruffle under the sheets. However, in tonight’s episode of the Big F, which is hosted by Gautam Gulati, we will see TV actresses Madhura Naik and Aasma Badar locking lips for the first time for a fiction show on the small screen. Big F is a show exploring sexuality in contemporary youth and it is hosted by Gautam Gulati.

Apparently, the two will play good friends and their lives will take a drastic turn when a handsome photographer played by Aditya Singh Rajput enters their lives. That is when they will discover that they are attracted to each other. It is a bold subject and many actors would have balked at the very thought of doing it onscreen.

\Talking exclusively to BollywoodLife.com, Madhura Naik says, “Yes, I was a little apprehensive when I heard it for the first time but then it was a beautiful script. I found the role very challenging and thought it would be a great opportunity to prove my versatility as an actor.” However, shooting the scene wasn’t a cakewalk. She made a special request to the director to shoot the sequence with a minimum crew. “It was only Aasma, I our director and cameraman in the room. I know Aasma from before and we do share a comfort level being friends. However, it was not easy to her as well to execute this scene. It was tough but we did it with professionalism.”

Considering the fact that most TV shows like to hold onto to traditions, did Madhura’s bold decision raise eyebrows? “In fact, I was quite scared about how people would react but people called me up and congratulated me on my guts. They told me the scene has been nicely shot and is not at all sleazy. It has been taken positively,” says Madhura.

The lissome lass has been working in the industry since 2006 and has done shows like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahaani, Dill Mill Gayee, Tumhari Pakhi and Tum Aise Hi Rehna to name a few. Has Madhura been hit upon by a woman in real life? “No…not actually,” she giggles. Madhura feels her decision to take up this role has opened up new avenues for her in the industry.

With the scenario changing in telly land, she feels bolder topics will surely come into the mainstream. The actress further says her mom saw the show and fully understood that it was her job as an actress. “We have evolved as a society and just put a lid on such issues,” signs off Madhura.

Gautam Gulati’s advice to Kishwer and Prince

Tonight’s show started with Gautam Gulati entering the house, catching all the inmates off guard. Flaunting his exuberant nature, Gautam danced around the house giving words of encouragement to every contestant. Talking to Kishwer, Gautam asked her to be strong, claiming that only a strong contender faces maximum opposition. And to Prince, Gautam’s piece of advice was to not to follow someone blindly like a herd of sheep.

Kamya Punjabi calls Suyyash and Prince as Kishwer’s chailas

Ex contestant Kamya Punjabi was also present in tonight’s show giving gyaan to our contestants. While she praised Aman Verma’s game and asked him to step up when needed, she was very critical of the Kishwer-Suyyash-Prince trio. After bashing Kishwer for her calling everyone in the house as illiterate and uneducated, Kamya reprimanded Kishwer for her unruly behaviour in the house. She went on to the extent of calling Suyyash and Prince as her chailas. Obviously, neither Prince nor Kishwer liked these comments.

Salman backs Aman Verma

When asked which contestant plays in the present, Salman backed Aman Verma. Salman claimed that Aman is a very strong contender for the title and this is the time for him to regain the respect, which he had kinda lost after being framed in the sting operation.

Salman pulls Digangana’s leg

When asked why Digangana doesn’t react and stand up strongly for herself, the 18 year old lass tried to give some justification. But it only led to Salman pulling her leg even more, as he asked if she reacts and plays the game in the Bigg Boss house in her dreams, as he has never seen her getting involved in heated discussion with anyone.

Rimi’s two faced nature exposed

One of the shocking revelations of the day was Rimi Sen’s two faced nature. When Mandana and Rochelle cornered her for not speaking up against Prince and Suyyash, Rimi said she didn’t want to invite any trouble from them and so she kept mum even though they were wrong. But while talking to Kishwer, Prince and Suyyash, Rimi bitched about Mandana and Rochelle. Rimi said that Mandana and Rochelle should behave like girls and shouldn’t try to equal guys in each and every stage.

Salman meets Hate Story 3 cast

After dancing with his two co-stars Daisy Shah and Zareen Khan, Salman welcomed the entire team of Hate Story 3 including Sharman Joshi and Karan Singh Grover. After a light hearted banter with the cast of Hate Story 3, Salman revealed that he loved the music of the film.

Rochelle feels unsafe around Prince and Suyyash

Bigg Boss played a little game of lie detector test in the house. After Aman claimed that Kishwer is the man in her relationship with Suyyash, it was Rochelle’s turn to sit on the lie detector chair. When asked if she misses Prince’s friendship, Rochelle replied in affirmative. But she was quick to add that she feels unsafe around the so called bullies Suyyash and Prince.

Bye Bye Puneet

In the end, one was going to be eliminated between Aman Verma and Puneet. With Aman declared safe, it was Puneet who was shown the door in the Bigg Boss house.

The new season of popular reality show is being shot in Argentina

After spanning over six seasons and entertaining the viewers to the core, the new season of Khatron Ke Khiladi beckons us. With Arjun Kapoor replacing Rohit Shetty as the host, it would be interesting to see how Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 pans out. A source informed BollywoodLife that TV actor  Himmanshoo Malhotra is the first person to have got evicted from the show. Apparently, the format of the show has undergone a major change as contestants will be split into two teams and will be pitted against each other. Our source reveals that Tanishaa Mukerji and Jay Bhanushali are the captains of the two teams respectively. Himmanshoo Malhotra, who is a popular face in TV world, was part of Tanishaa’s team and he is the first contestant to get evicted from the show.

Bigg Boss will change the game this week…

At the end of every week, all the contestants in the Bigg Boss house take a deep breath after one contestant is eliminated and start wishing silently that they are not in the danger zone in the coming week. Every week we see the contestants vote for their least favourites to be evicted out of the house.

However, there is a twist in the nominations procedure this week. This week there won’t be any voting procedure. So will there be no eliminations this week? Nah, one contestant will be eliminated this week but the procedure will be different. So, how will the contestants be nominated?

The performance of the contestants in the luxury budget task ‘Shararati Bachche’ will decide their fate. The task, which will start tonight and go on till tomorrow, will give us the nominees of this week. After that, the viewers can vote to save their favourite contestant and one person will be eliminated on Sunday.

I guess this twist is a great way to motivate the contestants to perform better as their survival in the house is at stake this time around, especially Rimi Sen. But there is one more twist! The next captain will also be determined from this task.

The luxury budget task will start tonight…

We revealed to you a while back that there won’t be any nominations procedure in the Bigg Boss house tonight. But as the contestants breath a sigh of relief, another shock hits them. Bigg Boss will announce tonight that the luxury budget task is about to start tonight and the performance of the contestants in this task will decide nominations.

The luxury budget task is titled, “Shararati Bache” and the contestants will be divided into two teams. Team A will consist of Kishwer Merchantt, Rishabh Sinha, Rochelle Maria Rao and Prince Narula. They have to behave as naughty kids during the task, while Team B consisting of Mandana Karimi, Aman Verma, Digangana Suryavanshi and Suyyash Rai have to work as a day care centre’s staff who have to take care of these naughty children.

The task is simple. The day care centre staff has to take care and help discipline the naughty children without losing their patience, while the children don’t have to listen to them and to see to it that the staff loses their cool. The naughty children can do anything that they want.

Rimi Sen will be the moderator of the task and even if the staff lose their patience, the task will go on. The moderator will keep a track of the number of time the staff lost their cool.

One of the two teams will win the luxury budget task and that will determine the nominations for this week as well as the new captain of the house.

The kids will have to be feed by the hands of the day care staff members and during the feeding time Rishabh Sinha throws quite a few tantrums. The children have to also be given water and all liquid items through a special baby bottle. At the same time, the staff have to teach the kids not to waste food.

A play area will also be set up in the garden area and the staff have to take them to the play area and make them play quietly, the kids shouldn’t make noise. They have to also teach them to build pyramids and take a test at the end of their play time. During this, Prince and Rishabh pull Digangana into the pool and that doesn’t go down well with her. Rochelle also complaints that she didn’t like Suyyash touching her and picking her up.

The staff will also teach the kids Hindi and English in the class room. They have to ensure that the kids learn and do well in the test at the end.

A nap time is also allotted and the staff has to make them sleep peacefully and not forcefully. The staff can also give short punishments, not more than 10 minutes to the kids for teaching hem a lesson. Rimi cannot interfere, but the punishment should be short and not baseless.

We often hear of Bollywood stars going the extra mile to reach out to the underprivileged people.

Be it working with an NGO or supporting various causes, there are several B-town celebs who have made headlines with their philanthropy. Well,TV stars are no less. Popular TV actor and actresses recently came together for a special cause. They walked the ramp with specially abled kids from NGO Umeed. Isn’t that awesome? Ex Bigg Boss 9 contestant Yuvika Chuadhary was seen walking the ramp.

The Om Shanti Om actress was all smiles in her bright, orange lehenga. Asha Negi on the other hand looked elegant in an off white lehenga choli, which she teamed with a pair of delicate matching earrings and a bun.

Other stars who joined the cause were Nach Baliye 7 winner Amruta Khanvilkar who looked elegant in a dark maroon lehenga choli followed by Rashami Desai, who wore a sequinned ghagra choli.

Ssharad Malhotra and Rachana Parulkar’s show Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap, is sadly, coming to an end. The series, which started with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded winner Faisal Khan, saw Ssharad playing the elder Maharana, along with Ajabde, being portrayed by TV actress Rachana Parulkar. As we all know, Maharana Pratap had been airing on SONY TV since the past two and a half years. A leading portal recently reported that the show’s last episode will be aired on December 4. So how is the show’s team reacting to this? “The decision has been notified to the cast and crew of the show. There is a feeling of disappointment amongst the actors, with many of them getting emotional on sets,” reported the popular entertainment portal.

A source while talking to the portal, revealed that were talks of a possible extension for the series.” There was a talk of an extension earlier. But with the channel taking the decision of ending the popular historical, the creative team is now shortening tracks to get to the culmination.”

For the first time ever, the epic Ramayana is being told through Sita’s perspective. Read BollywoodLife’s review of the show!

There isn’t a depravity of epic shows in Television. India’s two mythologies Ramayana and Mahabharata, have been presented on the small screen, with varied formats through the years. The older generation still gets nostalgic with the Mahabharata series that was showcased in the year 1988, on channel Doordarshan. Same goes for Ramayana, which was aired in the year 1986, starring the likes of Arun Govil as Ram and Deepika Chikhalia as Sita. Ramayana is being retold but in a different manner. For the first time ever, the epic tale is being presented through Sita’s perspective. Star Plus’ much anticipated show Siya Ke Ram saw its premier tonight, and I have to say, I’m impressed. Though the show isn’t grand and magnanimous as I expected it to be, the believable manner in which it has been presented is worth a mention. Here’s my review of the show:

What’s it about:

As informed before, Siya Ke Ram is the story of Ramayana, through Sita’s perspective. For ages, the epic tale has been told, keeping Ram in focus. Siya Ke Ram sheds light on the story of Sita and presents her narrative for a change. The series is being aired on Star Plus and has been produced by Nikhil Sinha, who also produced the hit series Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, starring Mohit Raina. This show will see Ram being played by popular TV actor Ashish Sharma and his Sita will be portrayed by Madirakshi Mundle.

What’s hot

The entire concept of the series is different. The very fact that the makers are attempting to present Ramayana through Sita’s eyes, is commendable. The epics Mahabharata and Ramayana, have been put forth in a way where the men stand as powerful and superior. Hence, the fact that Sita is being made the protagonist here, is an example of a broader mindset. The series is not melodramatic or exaggerated in its narration, which is its high point. Often, mythological shows tend to go overboard with their presentation, especially when supernatural tracks are concerned. But Siya Ke Ram is realistic and simple, in its approach. The first episode was a pleasant one, where the base of the story was highlighted. It showcased the childhood of Ram and Laxmana and the ending scene was that of Sita being discovered.Each character is crafted carefully and the actors do justice to their roles. Here’s a shout out to Dalip Tahil, who essayed the role of Dashrath, effortlessly.

What’s not:

When I saw the promo of the show, I got the sense that the series is grand in its presentation. However, having watched the first episode, I can say that the show lacks magnanimity. The CGI effects are presented carelessly and do not have the much needed finesse. Another factor I found unappealing was the slow pace of the narration. Though the show still managed to NOT be boring, I felt that the scenes lacked a steady flow, owing to the stretched and prolonged story telling.

What to do: There are ample mindless shows on TV today. Be it the unnecessary supernatural track in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein or the over dramatic storyline in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya; there’s enough crap on TV to be avoided. Hence I would suggest, give this show a try. It’s new and different. It will give you a much needed break from the vile stuff being showcased on TV these days!

Gear up for tons of ‘Tamasha’ on Colors TV!

Gone are those days when Television was used as a medium for entertaining the viewers. Today, the world of TV is being explored by B-town stars for professional reasons. Be it reality shows or daily soaps, Bollywood celebs are making their presence felt on each of them and promoting their upcoming films. Salman Khan did it with Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and now it’s Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s turn to repeat the same with Tamasha! The actors will be seen promoting the film on Colors TV’s two popular comic shows- Kapil Sharma’s Comedy Nights With Kapil and Karan Wahi-Anita Hassanandani’s Comedy Nights Bachao. Boy, it’s going to be a colorful weekend for Colors indeed!

Rochelle vs Prince and Suyyash

After Suyyash came to know that Rochelle feels unsafe around him and Prince, he talks to her and then blamed Prince’s overenthusiastic and aggressive nature. He also confessed they were wrong during their highway task. Rochelle spoke to Mandana that Prince came up to her and wants to be friends with her once again. Mandana later told Rochelle, with Aman for company, that she felt that Prince is still Kishwer’s chamcha and he is not sorry about his behaviour. Aman replies by saying that they should not expect any sanity or peace from Kishwer or Prince’s end.

The food crisis

Mandana, the fighter for ‘injustice’, found that a lot of food is getting wasted. She put the blame on Digangana and Prince, and talks to them about this. Kishwer butted in the conversation, and tries to protect her good friend, Prince, by putting the entire blame on Digangana.

Shararati Bachen

This week started with a new fun task, named the above, which will also decide the nominations for the week. The housemates were a part of BB Day Care where Rishabh, Kishwer, Rochelle and Prince become bratty kids, while Aman, Suyyash, Digangana and Mandana need to take care of them and control their naughty behaviour. Rimi was elected to be the sanchalak of the task and was asked to monitor the activity throughout. As the task begins, Rochelle, Rishabh, Prince and Kishwer start acting and speaking like kids and try all possible ways to irritate the caretakers. The rest had to bear their naughty behaviour, while also having to feed them!

Digangana pranked!

When we get by the pool, it has always been out instinctive nature to pull or push our friends into it. So no one would really blame Prince when he tried the same trick on Digangana. However, going by their past tussles, the lady didn’t take too kindly of the stunt, leaving Prince in a real hot water!

Rimi the bore

Rimi continues to be the most uncooperative player when it comes to doing a task, though she had show slight improvement in the Highway task last week. Here, even though she was made to be the sanchalak of the task, she gave up on it and told everyone she won’t be a part of the activities. This irked the rest of the housemates, especially Suyyash the captain. Even Bigg Boss’ orders fell on deaf ears before her. On the request of Bigg Boss, the rest of the team-mates tried to convince her but she wouldn’t budge. Later even Mandana joined her in quitting the task, giving the excuse that he was not feeling well. After the end of the task when everyone returned to their normal self, Suyyash confronted Rimi and told her off from being responsible for whatever punishment others have to bear because of her disinterest. He also decided to take a stern action against Rimi and punish her for her wrongdoings.

So what you thought of tonight’s episode?

You wouldn’t believe but Puneet has made some rather shocking revelations about BB9 in an EXCLUSIVE conversation with BollywoodLife…

Every weekend we come across eliminations wherein the contestant who happens to get the least number of votes, leaves the show. The format has been penned this way since all the past seasons of Bigg Boss and (foolish) viewers like us cast our votes assuming our votes matter! But well, unfortunately I’ll have to bring you to the reality now! The evictions are NOT based only on your votes but majorly rely on Colors Channel and host Salman Khan! Yes! In fact, even the winner of this season has tentatively been decided and it’s going to be none other than Mandana Karimi! Can you believe it?

While Arvind Vegda had already spoken about this manipulative game in my earlier interview! Recently evicted contestant Puneet Vashishta further elaborates how Bigg Boss 9 is no longer a reality show! He says, “Everything is finalised according to Salman. I am not saying the show is scripted but you really need to be in the good books of Salman to last on this show! Last year Gautam Gulati won the show because he is so much like a version of Salman. Toh socha hoga haan chalo yeh meri tarah hai and he won! This year I am so sure Salman is going to make Mandana Karimi win.Although I am no one to judge but according to my reading, she is the biggest two faced woman I have ever seen in my life! She was good friends with me initially but gradually changed sides as per her wish. But Bigg Boss will never focus on that. They’ll only show her side where she is complaining about Kishwer, acting cute or showing her dresses to people around. Nobody is seeing the inner side and everybody is seeing just the outer manipulative side! Ethics wise this is a total SHIT show!”

Puneet also added how he believes his eviction too might have been plotted by Salman. “I dunno why Salman doesn’t like me but it was evident! Maybe he couldn’t see my talent selling on the show. I was shocked when I found out that the whole segment where Aman and I performed a talent house task was deleted from the weekend episode. Why would Salman want to sell someone else’s talent on his show? Even my votes weren’t less! I figured out that I got huge support from my people who had actually voted for me. But Salman personally didn’t like me. Or maybe even the channel thought I am not being how they wanted me to be inside the house. They introduced me to create fights, controversies. But after a while, I was like why should I act so fake? I am not such a kind of person and can’t live in lies! So yea, everything came against me but I am glad I am out. Realised a lot of things in that few days stay on Bigg Boss 9″

Ladies, you gotta get your vogue on!

The leading actors of Television get a chance to showcase their glamorous side on Telly Calender every year.

This annual calender follows the same format of Dabboo Ratnani’s calender where the who’s who of B-town are featured in sizzling avatars. A shopping media event was held recently for the Telly calender girls. Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Anita Hassanandani aka Shagun was seen present at the event. The actress decided to show up in an all black get up. Anita was seen wearing a black and white net top, which she teamed with a a pair of black pants, sequinned metallic heels, and ox-blood lips.

Though Anita manages to floor us with most of her red carpet looks, I’ve got to say that this one was rather disappointing. The entire attire came across as dull and lacked a certain and much needed classic touch. Had Anita worn a simple black top with a heavy, chunky chain, it would have made her look chic.

Same goes for actress Barkha Bisht, who decided to turn up for the event in a plain grey top, a pair of denims and flip flops!

It’s rather surprising to know that Barkha chose to sport a pair of pink colored rubber flip flops for a semi-formal event as such. Though one doesn’t need to be out there with their attires, but I believe Barkha’s turnout was a bit too casual for my liking. Flips flops are cool, if worn otherwise for casual street shopping. There’s something called as appropriate dressing which sadly, Barkha seems to be unaware of!

Sara Khan on the other hand made an effort to dress up for the event, so kudos to her for that. The actress turned up a black gown which she teamed with a golden chain.

In comparison with the others, Sara’s outfit stood out. But  her choice of footwear. The actress sported a pair of black shoes with the dress! Bad move, Sara. Had the beauty worn a pair of heels, it would have worked well with her look.

Whoever watched 24, the international series, swear by it.  Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer is just beyond awesome for us. We just love the way he solved the cases in every season while dealing with a lot of family issues. One season in the show and Anil Kapoor was convinced it should be remade in India. And it did! 24‘s first season in India went pretty well as Indian Television hadn’t seen anything so slick before. Comparisons were bound to happen and many didn’t even like it but it did give us something to watch on TV for a few days. Now, the show is set to return with its next season and by the look of it Kapoor is leaving no stone unturned to make it ballsy! As you all know, 24 happens in real time where a story unfolds within 24 hours which is divided across many episodes. The first season of the Indian series had a political family in  turmoil with its heir to the thorn being targeted. Many twists and turns later the end was revealed. We saw Kapoor as a fantastic cop trying to save his family and the Prime Minister of the country in one go! But, wait! Hold your horses.. There is a catch to this too…

We revealed to you yesterday that the next luxury budget task of the house, Shararati Bachche, will determine who will be eliminated from the show this week. But while everyone thought we would get the nominees from this task, Bigg Boss will stun everyone by eliminating the worst performer of the task tomorrow! Who?

Mandana Karimi. Yes, you heard it right! Mandana will be eliminated from the house tomorrow night. But, she won’t be going home as there is a catch to this new twist.

Today, the second team will play Shararti Bachche, while team A will be the care takers. And while Mandana wasn’t actively participating yesterday coz of her health issues, she will be back to her normal self today and will start troubling the staff members of the day care centre. This won’t go down well with the staff and Prince will complain that yesterday she was acting fake.

This will irritate Mandana and she will stop performing again. The task will end tomorrow night and Rimi, the supervisor of the task, will be asked to give her decision on the person who has performed worst in the task.

First, Rimi will suggest that she is the worst performer coz she didn’t perform the task of the supervisor, but Bigg Boss will insist that she has to name one person from the two teams.

Rimi will then name Mandana and tell that she didn’t perform the task as actively as other since she was unwell. Bigg Boss will then inform Mandana to pack her bags and leave! Yes, he will ask her to leave. Mandana will be happy, but the others will be shocked.

When she will leave the house, the contestants will still not be convinced. She will come out, but that’s when she will be directed to a secret room!

In the earlier seasons as well there have been these secret houses where the secret contestant spy on the other contestants. Similarly, Mandana will now stay in this secret room and will be doing the surveillance of the house and the other contestants.

Like other seasons, Mandana is also likely to return back to the house in a few days. Are you excited to see this new twist? One would think that Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 9 is the most popular reality show on TV as of now. The controversial series has been a hit with the janta, since season 1. But looks like season 9 is failing to meet the mark. The BARC report for week 44 is out and it shows that the weekend episodes of BB9 have failed to beat Colors TV’s other popular shows- Comedy Nights Bachao and Comedy Nights With Kapil! The weekend episode of BB9 has a rating of 1.8 (1.5), which is lower than CNB 1.9 (1.8)and CNWK (2.4 (1.4). Surprising right? Looks like weekend episode of BB9 couldn’t keep ahead of the race, despite having Salman as the host. Now, let’s move on to daily soaps.

Saath Nibhaana Saathiya has been ruling the BARC charts of late.The show starring Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Rupal Patel, is a family drama and is being well received by the audience, since the last few weeks. The series in the number one show on the charts, this week as well! Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has come on top. The show had been slacking but looks like the horror track in the series, helped regain its popularity. Farhan Akhtar’s show will see Dippy and RK promoting their upcoming film. Read on to know more!

I Can Do That has now entered the final stage. The reality show which is hosted by Farhan Akhtar, will see finalists Gurmeet Choudhary, Madhurima Tuli, Gauahar Khan and Rithvik Dhanjani, competing at the finale, which will be aired on November 22. The finale episode will be a rather interesting one, as it will have Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, promoting their upcoming film Tamasha on it! RK and Dippy are certainly on a roll. We recently informed you that the duo will be seen on TV shows Comedy Nights Bachao  and Comedy Nights With Kapil. ICDT gets added to the list and we are informed that the actors will be shooting for the finale episode today.

Tamasha is the second film the two are doing together, after Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Deepika will also be seen playing the role of Mastani in Sanjay  Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani, which also stars Ranveer Singh as Bajirao and Priyanka Chopra as Kashibai. RK on the other hand was earlier shooting for Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma, before starting his promotional spree for Tamasha.

If this is the way the show is going, expect a cracker of a finale!

After a couple of lacklustre episodes, Quantico is finally getting back on the promise of a thrilling ride, the first episode had promised. The last episode was easily one of the best, and this week’s episode manages to keep up the good work. Let’s see what happened this week with Alex Parrish and co.

What’s it about:

At Quantico, living arrangements are changed with Nimah now racked up with Alex, while Shelby get to stay opposite Caleb’s room so that they can continue their affair. Simon Asher finds himself in a fix, when he realises he is attracted more to Nimah than Raina, which displeases Raina to no end. Ryan decides to stay in the batch, even when he get inducted in FBI, so that he can stop Liam from manipulating Alex. The batch gets a new assignment at the official FBI headquarters where they have to stop a fake biological terrorist attack. In the meantime, Caleb finds something suspicious about the calls Shelby has been getting from Riyadh and decides to follow up on them.

In the present day, Alex tends to the injured Ryan after breaking in an empty house. The FBI had locked the area down, and have brought her remaining friends to the HQ for questioning. Caleb’s father confronts Shelby, who is his girlfriend now, about her intentions for helping Alex out. Meanwhile, confidential emails from his account get leaked, and Alex calls her hacker friends to decipher them for her. From the findings, she concludes Grand Central bombing was just a dry run; there could be a bigger attack happening soon!

What’s hot

Like always, the episode scores when it focuses on the conspiracy part and the many secrets the characters are hiding from each other. The present day events are so fast paced and twisty, that we can’t help but wait for the finale to find out who the hell is going on (though I place my bets on Ryan to be the one who is responsible for all this – he is far too clean cut and hero-ish for his own good). The scenes that stood out are the ones all involved Caleb, who looks like replacing Simon as the most interesting character on the show!). Even the conclusion to the episode is fine!

What’s not

The episode still sucks when it comes to developing relationships. Nimah-Simon-Raina triangle doesn’t hold much ground, and same goes for Miranda and her son track. Alex Parrish’s investigation of her father is also becoming quite meh, making us scream to the makers to not go back to Quantico! Kindly stick to the present day, please!

What to do

The show is finally getting a tighter rein as it reaches the mid-point. If the makers can just do something to fix the bland reltionship issues, you can go off in a blast!

Mona Singh and Iqbal Khan’s new show Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do has kept the viewers hooked. The intriguing storyline is working in the show’s favour. But things are about to change as Mona’s show is about to face some major competition. A leading entertainment portal reported that the show’s one hour time slot has now been reduced to half an hour. This is happening as Gautami Kapoor’s upcoming show Parvarrish season 2 is all set to be aired soon on Sony TV. So get ready to see some small screen war between Gautami and Mona. Fret not fans, this competition between TV’s leading actresses is only limited to reel and not real life, as you would think!

Till now, PKHJD was being aired at 9pm on SONY TV and had a one hour time slot. But the show will now be aired at 9:30 pm with a half an hour time slot and the 9pm bracket is being assigned to Gautami’s new show, Parvarrish season 2. PKHJD’s lead actor Iqbal, while talking to the portal, informed,” The one hour marathon for pyar ko ho jane do will get over on the 20th of November and we get back to our 9:30 pm time slot from 23rd Nov.”

Harshad has learnt about Aryaman’s little secret. How? Find out!

In the last episode, we saw the doctor informing Fab 5 about Manik’s(Parth Samthaan) ill health. They asked the Fab 5 members to make sure that he doesn’t suffer from any mental stress. The doctor said that Manik has a severe head injury and needs to rest as much as he can. Manik revealed that after the car accident, he wasn’t relieved from the hospital and chose to escape. Later, Dhruv(Utkarsh Gupta) and Aaliya(Krissann Barretto) were seen talking about Manik and being happy with the fact that his mental condition was finally detected. Meanwhile, Mukti(Charlie Chauhan) and Navya(Veebha Anand) were seen giving a hard time to Kiran and her husband. Aaliya’s boss showed up at the place where she and Dhruv were dining. Aaliya and him began chatting, which wasn’t liked by Dhruv at all. Manik was seen troubling Nandini in jest, by asking her to pick out clothes for him, one after the other. The episode ended with Manan sharing a romantic moment.

In the upcoming episode, we will see Nandini(Niti Taylor) waking Manik up from his sleep. He will pull her inside his blanket and the two will share a romantic moment together. Later, Aryaman will be seen texting Aaliya, regarding Nandini’s birthday present. The same will be read by Harshad who will be interested to know why Aryaman is so bothered about Nandini’s gift. Meanwhile, Aaliya will invite her boss for the Diwali party, which will irk Dhruv and he will confront her about it. Maddy on the other hand will meet Nandini and will warn her that he is the king of the jungle and will play by his rules.
