We just told you about Shikhar Dhawan being a part of the dance reality show and now we have two more names

Comedy Night’s with Kapil’s Palak aka Kiku Sharda has been approached by Colors to be a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7. The comedian just finished dancing with his wife in Nach Baliye 6 this February. While we think it will be an overdose of dancing for the portly actor, guess the channel is calling him to add to their comic effect. Considering Manish Paul also won’t be hosting this season, Jhalak… can get really dry with no comic element.

Incidentally, Gauri Tonk has also been part of Nach Baliye season 2 with Yash Tonk. Gauri, who made a comeback to television after nine years with Ek Boond Ishq has not yet given her consent to Jhalak.

The channel is truly leaving no stone unturned to rope in stars for the celebrity dance show. We are sure in another week there will be ten more names added to the already long list. Watch this space to know more about the contestants on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7.

Mughda is the third contestant to have been eliminated from KKK 5

Mugdha Godse, the third contestant to be eliminated from Khatron Ke Khiladi 5, says she fulfilled her dream by participating in her favourite reality show. “I have been a fan of the show since it was telecast on international channels. I always wanted to be a part of it and my dream was fulfilled this time,” the 27-year-old said here in an interview.

“It was a challenge, it was about conquering your fears. So, I thoroughly enjoyed my journey. And I was very happy that I was making my debut on TV with a show like Khatron Ke Khiladi,” she added.

Mugdha was eliminated after the electrocution stunt as she took the maximum time to complete the task compared to other participants.

But for her the most dangerous was the crocodiles in a tank stunt. “My most dangerous stunt was the crocodile stunt and everyone saw it. I had decided that I won’t do it and I will go home. But it was a question of reputation as I didn’t want to go out in the first elimination,” Mugdha said and added her friends convinced her not to give up so easily.

They told her that “if you fear animals then you should not go out in that particular stunt. So, I am very happy that I went out in the electrocution stunt because I didn’t want people to say that Mugdha is afraid of animals and she was out (eliminated) in that stunt.”

Based on the international show Fear Factor, the fifth season of Khatron Ke Khiladi is being hosted by director Rohit Shetty.

TV actor Pooja Gor was the first to be eliminated while model Rochelle Maria Rao was the second.

Channel V’s popular show which went on air last year has completed 100 episodes, we hear

Not so long time ago, we told you Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita treated the cast and crew of her show Ye Hai Mohabbatein with Halwa when it completed 100 episodes. Now we hear that yet another show is celebrating the completion of 100 episodes this month. Sadda Haq – My Life My Choice which airs on Channel V India has completed 100 episodes and the cast and crew of the show are really happy about it!

Yash Patnaik, the producer of the show said, “Somewhere down the line we knew the concept was a phenomenal one and will do well, but with this being our first youth show, there definitely were a lot of apprehensions. But thankfully we received tremendous response from the channel and it has been a rewarding and happy journey for us.”

Harshita Gaur who plays Sanyukta Agarwal in Sadda Haq was quoted by a website, “It’s a really happy moment for us. Frankly speaking when I took up this show I was confident about it doing really well as it’s a very different and interesting show. The amount of love and appreciation we have been receiving is very heart warming. And I have always wanted to be popular and loved, and Sanyukta’s character has brought that in my life. I hope the show continues doing well. Also I would like to thank all the fans for appreciating my work and loving me so much.”

Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon is all set to see an exciting twist as a new character is being introduced by the makers of this hit television soap. Yes, from what we hear, Tanvi Thakkar, who is currently seen in Desh Ki Beti Nandini is all set to enter Madhubala. So what will be her role in the show, you ask?

Reportedly, she will be playing Sweety, daughter of Bittoo (Indresh Malik) and Leela (Swati Anand). Her character will have shades of grey and obviously, with her entering the house, she will make Madhu’s (Drashti Dhami) life a living hell. How? Well, Sweety will go on to marry Madhu’s love Abhay Kapoor (Gunjan Utreja). Yes, you read that right! And that would be the new twist in the tale.

And Tanvi is quite elated to be a part of Madhubala. “God has been kind to me. I got the show as soon as I wrapped up with my part in Nandini. What more could I have asked for. I have just shot for a day and yet to know the basic detailing, but I trust the creatives to churn out a wonderful track for me. All I can say is that the character is very interesting and will spice up the show in the coming days,”she was quoted by a portal.

If you will remember, the character of Sweety was earlier portrayed by a newbie named Sweta. But since the story will now focus on Sweety, the makers decided to go in for a replacement.

Khush has proposed Suhani and she has accepted it, but will Sammy let this happen?

Ram Kapoor brought Priya (Sakshi Tanwar), Khush (Ankit Narang) and Suhani (Ekta Kaul) back to the Kapoor mansion and announced that Suhani and Khush are soon going to marry each other. Sammy (Lavin Gothi), who believed that Suhani was married all along, was in for a rude shock. He realises that Suhani has always loved him and not moved on yet. He admits his love openly, misbehaves with Pihu and finally tells Ram that he never loved Pihu (Sonia Balani). Following this, Ram and Priya slap their son-in-law, but that was hardly going to stop the man on a mission.

Everyone already knows that Suhani doesn’t really love Khush, but is with him only for Priya and Pihu. While Khush is the perfect guy for her, love is something that’s not so easily transferred, no? Nonetheless, Suhani agrees to marry Khush and tells him truthfully that while she can’t live without Khush, she isn’t in love with him either. She also clarifies that she does not want to go back to Sammy.

We are quite confused, wondering who the damsel in distress will finally pick. According to Sammy, Suhani has no choice as has no plans to let her escape this time. We just hope this doesn’t turn into some psychotic episode. On the other hand, we also hope that Ram Kapoor, who has been carrying a gun around with him these days for protection, doesn’t end up shooting Sammy and killing him for hurting Pihu.

Many Bollywood celebrities including Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan among others have appeared on Kapil Sharma’s popular show, Comedy Nights with Kapil. And now it looks like even cricketers can’t resist staying away from India’s most loved comedy show. Why do we say so, you ask?

Recently, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, captain of the Indian cricket team paid a visit on the sets of CNWK. So is he the next guest on Mr Sharma’s show? Well, unfortunately no. So what was the Indian skipper doing there? From what we hear, he was just there to mingle with the cast and crew of the show. We also hear that his surprise visit left Kapil at a loss of words. Loveleen Kaur Sasan who essays the role of Rano in Life OK’s Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai… Ajab Sa Risk Hai, dons a saree as she had to essay the story of Simran (Sukirti Kandpal). The makers of the show are doing their level best to grab eyeballs so that they could salvage the dropping TRP’s of the show.

The story will now take a twist when the lead character (Rano) is shown guilty of whatever happened with Simran because of her and now she wants to make up for it. In the upcoming episodes we will get to see Rano going to Vajiro’s house to get a thumb impression of his dad so that they do not cause any further trouble in the Panchayat. Rano will don a professional look in the show, so that she could hide her real identity.

The Colors show has gained popularity overnight ‘coz of its story line and the interesting chemistry, so is the sudden fame getting too much for the pretty lady?

Amrita Rao’s sister Preetika Rao was a journalist before she ventured before the camera. She did South movies and then quit to do a screenplay diploma from the New York Film Institute. After that, she came to Mumbai and is doing a television show – Beintehaa (Aaliya) which is aired on Colors.

While the actor has several accolades to boast of, one cannot say much about her people skills. Apparently, every time someone approaches Preetika, the actor refuses to face the camera.

Preetika refuses to give interviews and media bytes. There are times when the media comes on the sets, and Preetika dashes back to her vanity van for a nap, or so we hear. Although Ssharad still claims that their love only blossomed after they shared a great friendship and they never realised when they started dating. So sweet, hai na? So after eight years is marriage finally on the cards for the two television sweethearts? Ssharad reveals that career is of utmost priority for both of them currently and there is no pressure from their respective families either.

Ssharad hopes to make a comeback on television very soon. He has also worked in a film which is slated for release. Divyanka, on the other hand is busy working on Yeh Hain Mohabbatein on Star Plus.

Ek Hasina Thi is the story of Durga, who wants to achieve justice in every case and she is on a mission to reveal Shaurya’s dark past

Vatsal Seth and Sanjeeda Sheikh’s Ek Hasina Thi went on air recently. And the show has already created quite a buzz. The audience is enjoying the mystery involved in the story which revolves around the main characters Shaurya and Durga played by Vatsal and Sanjeeda. In an upcoming episode, we will get to see that Durga will call a journalist to reveal Shaurya’s dark past. Durga’s father played by Bhupinder Singh will throw a party in which Durga plans to uncover Shaurya’s past in the presence of media. We will get to see a journalist who will bring forth Shaurya’s rape case, to which Shaurya will react violently, and will assault the journalist. This will of course leave Shaurya’s family embarrassed.

Further, we will get to know that the journalist was fake and was only acting as per Durga’s instructions. And when everyone else will realise this on the show, the hunt to catch hold of him will begin.

Now, we will have to wait and watch the upcoming episodes of Ek Hasina Thi to find out if Durga will be successful in bringing Shaurya’s dark secrets to the limelight, using her intelligence. Rajveer and Simran, who share a strong marital bond will finally consummate their relationship, we hear

Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai…Ajab Sa Risk Hai is getting into an interesting space of late. Simran (Sukirti Kandpal) and Rajveer (Gaurav S Bajaj), who share a strong marital relationship are moving out of the house. And while the viewers have been waiting for some sparks to ignite in their relationship, it looks like their dream will come true as the duo will be seen making love on the show. Yes, you read that right!

The love sequence, which will be aired tonight (April 17) has been shot in open air. So did Sukriti and Gaurav have any awkward moments while shooting the consummation scene, you ask? Definitely not. From what we hear, Sukirti and Gaurav share a very good bond in real life and hence the two were very comfortable shooting the scene.

“The consummation scene was aesthetically shot. It’s basically the meeting of the two characters who have been in love from a long time and I think it’s well placed in the story,” Sukriti was quoted by a portal.

Paridhi Sharma, who portrays the character of Queen Jodha in Zee TV’s Jodha Akbar might be back on the show. And while we thought that her temporary exit was a publicity gimmick, looks like that wasn’t the case as Ms Sharma really had some major issues with Santram Verma, the director of the show.

According to a report in tellynagari.com, Paridhi was sexually harassed by Santram time and again. Don’t adjust your eyes. You read that right! Paridhi had even complained about this to the production team, but nobody could help her. Santram is reportedly very close to Balaji Productions, and hence no action was taken against the man, we hear.

We also hear that Paridhi is not the only victim of Santram’s harassment. Ankita Dubey, who was once a part of Jodha Akbar had to leave the show as Santram affected her mentally as well as financially. “I had to move out because of Santram as he was affecting me mentally and financially. I have been through the worst phase of my life in the past three months where I have suffered badly. My other colleagues too were troubled by him. It’s just that I was his main target and I think this was because I voiced my opinion. However, I never disrespected him. Isn’t it weird to learn that such a big director could spend his energy on troubling a beginner like me?,” Dubey had said in an interview.

That’s not all! A few months ago, around 90 team members from the show’s technical team walked out of the sets, reportedly due to Santram’s intolerable behaviour.

Veera and Baldev will be seen spending some lovey-dovey moments

The makers of Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera are planning to take the element of entertainment a notch higher, it seems. Ranvijay aka Ranvi (Shivin Narang) and Gunjan (Fernaz Shetty) are all set to leave for their honeymoon, which is sort of a tirth yatra, we hear. Yes, you read that right. But why a tirth yatra instead of a romantic getaway to an exotic island? Well, the story goes something like this…

It was Chhaiji (Shagufta Ali), who had originally planned to take this tirth yatra but had to drop the plan owing to health issues. That’s when Ranvi decided to fly off along with Gunjan.

But Veera (Digangana Suryavanshi) wouldn’t want her beloved brother’s honeymoon to be a boring one and hence will plan a different trip for her Veerji and bhabhi altogether. Instead of sending them to a temple, she will plan a romantic getaway for the couple. “Once away from home Gunjan will realise her love for Ranvi and the couple will be seen spending some sweet moments together,” a source was quoted by a portal.

On the other hand, Veera and Baldev (Vishal Vashishtha) will also be seen spending love-filled moments with each other. Baldev will be seen trying his luck to propose Veera, only to get a challenge from her to prove his feelings. And guess what? Baldev will complete the first challenge successfully, which will totally impress Veera.

So will Veera finally accept Baldev’s proposal, or will she throw another challenge at him? Well, all we can do is just wait and watch.

Their rapport on screen may be getting better with time, however off it the leading duo of Beintehaa are competing hard with each other

Aaliya (Preetika Rao) and Zain (Harshad Arora) are having a competition. And as their bond on the show is strengthening, off screen the scene isn’t the same. A little birdie chirps that the Beintehaa stars are having a fan fight. Wonder what that is, well the duo wanna know from the viewers who is more popular of the two. While, Harshad Arora is a model turned actor and has just kick started his acting career, Bollywood actor Amrita Rao’s sis is a little more experienced and worked in southern films before staring her journey with Colors popular show. In a recent interview to a television channel Zain and Aaliya were seen fighting over their fans. And the debate finally headed to the social networking sites. Harshika (popularly referred to by the fans) decided to check their fame by comparing the number of fans on Twitter. Well here’s the result – Preetika has 12.6 thousand fans while Harshad lags behind with just 9,278 fans.

Aastha is trying hard to normalise things between the two, but will it work or not remains to be seen

In the last few episodes we saw Shlok struggling to let go off his past and start afresh with his loving wife Aastha. Though things now seem to be falling in place and just to add more spice to this story, Aastha will perform for Shlok on the hit number, Sajna ji vari vari. For this, Aastha will sport a beehive hairdo will wearing a red kurta and lungi imitating Karisma Kapoor from Raja Babu.

Surprisingly, Aastha’s hard work did not help as Shlok maintains a wooden expression throughout the performance. However he bursts out laughing when Aastha’s lungi comes off. We are not sure if these efforts will bring happiness and stability in the couple’s relationship but we are pretty sure it will help to hike the TRP’s of the show.
